What do you like best about Bizagi?

Its been useful for aliging different teams around a shared view a process. The visual modeling makes it simple to explain workfkow to non technical stakeholders and it also lets multiple users collaborate on the same process in real time. Features like versioning and documentation help keep things organized and consistent. We’ve also connected it with internal tools and reporting systems, which makes it easier to keep our process work in sync with the test of our setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

With Bizagi, I sometimes find myself adjusting my process to fit the tool, rather than having the tool adapt to the way I work. Even so, it still allows me to desgin processes in a professional way, and those processes can then be automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bizagi Modeler Makes Workflow Building Fast, Clear, and Collaborative"
What do you like best about Bizagi?

I use Bizagi Modeler regularly and the drag and drop tools make it fast and convenient to build workflows. The way my processes flow smooth and consistent and my team has been able to reach goals that once seemed unattainable. Ghe BPMN features are clear and easy to understand and exporting diagrams to share with others is straightforward. It also integrates well with our internal systems, which helps us keep everything aligned, coordinated and on track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

Some of the more advanced features like automation take time to understand and feel comfortable using. The free version is limited if you hoping to access the full functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bizagi Streamlines Alerts and Escalations with Clear Process Modeling"
What do you like best about Bizagi?

Bizagi has helped us standardize how we manage alerts and escalations. Its automation features reduce for manual follow ups and the process modeling is straightforward and easy to understand. We’ve also used integrations with tools like ServiceNow and database connectors, which helps keep everything aligned and in sync across systems. This setup makes it easier for us to spot opportunties to improve our processes early on, even before we implement the automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

When I’m working with large process models, I notice petformance slowdowns but I have handled it and the reporting features limited; they could be more flexiblw and easier to customize for different requirements and use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Visual Workflows That Empower Business Teams and Improve Process Visibility"
What do you like best about Bizagi?

Complex workflows easier to understand by turning them into clear visual diagrams. I find it useful that business teams can actually participate in process design instead of relying entirely on developers. The ability to quickly modify workflows without major rework helps when processes evolve. Built-in process tracking gives visibility into where things are stuck, which helps during operations.

It supports gradual automation, you don’t have to automate everything at once. It helps bring structure to processes that were previously informal or inconsistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

The interface can feel slightly outdated compared to newer tools. Setting up integrations with external systems can take effort. Debugging issues in live processes isn’t always intuitive. Documentation sometimes needs deeper exploration for advanced use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, BPMN-Friendly Tool for Clear, Professional Workflow Diagrams"
What do you like best about Bizagi?

Its easy to get started with, even if you’re not very techincal. I mostly use it to create process diagrams and document worlflows. The interface is clean and straightforward, so its fast to build clear, professional looking diagrams without a lot of friction. It also has enough flexibility to handle more complex workflows while still feeling simple for everyday tasks. It follows BPMN standards, which makes sharing and aligning with other teams much easier. And if you want to go beyond basic modeling, there are integration options and automation features available as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

As models get larger, they can start to feel a bit heavy and slower to work with. Its not something I run into every day, but on bigger projects it becomes noticable and can affect the overall workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Bizagi for Learning, Certifications, and Integrated Process Insights"
What do you like best about Bizagi?

I like Bizagi because it’s easy to use. With the same account, I can access the Learning Academy and take courses in business analysis, process design, and other professional areas. The platform also offers certifications, such as the Professional Business Associate program, which makes it straightforward for me to develop my skills and stay focused as I work toward my goals.

I also appreciate being able to manage processes and analyze data in one place. I can monitor how our workflows are performing, identify areas for improvement, and make adjustments that increase efficiency. Having processes and data integrated this way has been very beneficial for our company, especially when it comes to tracking performance and making informed changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

So far, I don’t have any dislikes about Bizagi, and I also haven’t run into any challenges or issues while using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Repeatable Workflow Diagrams That Make Bottlenecks Easy to Spot"
What do you like best about Bizagi?

I use Bizagi to break down day to day operational activities into measurable workflows. What I like most is how it helps visualize where work queues build up and where teams depend on each other. The diagrams are clean and make it easier to analyze process efficiency without relying on spreadsheets or scattered notes. It also supports clearer reporting because the process structure is defined and repeatable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

Bizagi can feel limited when you want deeper operational automation or real time integrations with service platforms. In very detailed workflows, performance can slow slightly, and some advanced capabilities are only available through higher subscription levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid BPM Tool with Notable Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Bizagi?

I love how easy Bizagi makes process mapping. You can sit with your team, drag and drop a workflow together, and everyone just gets it immediately — no technical background needed. The audit trail is the other big one for me; every action is logged automatically, saving so much stress during compliance reviews. The visibility it provides alone is worth it, as managers can see exactly where a process is stuck without chasing people down. Bizagi genuinely solved a few headaches for us with structured, trackable workflows that finish on time, and it also helps a lot with compliance since every action is logged. Overall, it's a solid platform if you're willing to invest the time to set it up properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

The learning curve is the main thing. It took our team a while to really get comfortable with it, especially around setting up integrations. New people still struggle a bit at first. The interface could also use a refresh. It feels a little dated compared to other tools we use. Nothing that stops us from getting the job done, but it's noticeable. And finding answers when something goes wrong can be frustrating. The documentation isn't always clear and support isn't the fastest. That's probably my biggest gripe honestly. "Streamlines Workflows but Integration Could Improve"
What do you like best about Bizagi?

I really appreciate how Bizagi saves me a lot of time, especially with invoice approvals by notifying the concerned person once the invoice is posted, eliminating the need to send emails repeatedly. The process mapping feature is very intuitive, which allowed me, an accountant, to map out the month-end closing process without waiting for IT support. Bizagi removes the uncomfortable chase for invoice approvals by automatically routing them to the approver with specific notifications. If there's no action within 48 hours, it sends a reminder, and eventually escalates, allowing me to avoid any manual follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bizagi?

Actually, the first couple of weeks were a bit complicated. Being an accountant it was tough to integrate with QuickBooks which was more plug and play than it could be for a tech person. When I first tried to connect Bizagi with QuickBooks, I assumed it would be connecting any two modern cloud tools like a few clicks, authenticate and done but there was no native, out of the box connector for QuickBooks in Bizagi integration library. I had to go through a third party middleware tool and we ended up using a connector through Zapier which added another layer of cost and complexity. It was not that easy and it takes up more involvement than expected so it was manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
