  ### 1. Bad entry in a crowded market

**What do you like best about Bixby?**

You can keep track of maintenance requests from tenants. Instead of staying in call with tenants and listening to their complaints about your house, you can just read the message from action and take action directly.

**What do you dislike about Bixby?**

Somewhat cumbersome to add many properties to the app. Also, sometimes the tenants are not ready to install an additional app on their phones, and the web interface doesn't work great on mobile.

**What problems is Bixby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple properties and tenants from a single place. You don't have to keep track of rent individually, and you can view who has not paid rent and send a reminder to them.

**What do you like best about Bixby?**

Having a personal assistant is one of the best things of using Bixby. Apart from that I dont find anything much into it.

**What do you dislike about Bixby?**

Voice recognition does not work smoothly as Intended.

**Recommendations to others considering Bixby:**

Not a good product. Needs improvement.

**What problems is Bixby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a personal assistant. Saves lot of time handling multiple things all at once.
