Bixby is like a online concierge. It’s a one stop shop for all things related to building premise. I get news of my guests and can even log them in ahead of time. I know what packages that have arrived and are waitting for me to pick up. Even lets me reserve certain building facilities and book basic services like dry cleaning and deliveries.
What do you dislike?
There is no dislikes that I have for Bixby yet. I do hope the the app can be customized to have a company or building logo/theme. Right now it just has the generic bixby theme and pictures. But maybe this option is already available but just not utilized by my building management.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Bixby provides real time concierge service which is really helpful, especially when I am not in the building or leaving the building super late and the front desk is off. It also provides more services than a physical concierge would.
