For example, if I frequently use a particular app, Bixby will suggest it when I ask for recommendations. It's a small detail, but it shows that Bixby is paying attention to my habits and trying to make my experience more efficient. **What do you dislike about Bixby?** I have noticed that Bixby can sometimes be a bit slow to respond or misinterpret my requests. While the accuracy has improved over time, it's still not perfect, and I occasionally have to repeat myself or manually perform a task that Bixby couldn't complete. **What problems is Bixby solving and how is that benefiting you?** , I think Bixby is a useful and convenient AI assistant that has helped me streamline my daily tasks and access information quickly. While there are still areas for improvement, I appreciate the effort Samsung has put into developing an AI assistant that is integrated into my phone and always available to help me. ### 2. Seems most of the listed tasks are not so important to me.......for example, I don't need an app to tell me jokes. It shows that it'll remind me of something, much like an alarm, but I tend to use my Google calendar reminder for that. **Recommendations to others considering Bixby:** may take some time to learn all benefits..I honestly haven't given enough time towards learning all the features **What problems is Bixby solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bixby seems to be another source to utilize, much like suri or even some of the Google apps. To date I've probably not utilized it to it's full potential, nor do I see a need for it. ### 3. I got rid of this really quick. **Recommendations to others considering Bixby:** Don't get Bixby, 0/10 would not recommend. **What problems is Bixby solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is meant to act as a personal assistant, instead I find myself turning off this feature I personally don't like this product. There have been no benefits realized, I disabled this application. ### 4. Instead of staying in call with tenants and listening to their complaints about your house, you can just read the message from action and take action directly. **What do you dislike about Bixby?** Somewhat cumbersome to add many properties to the app. Also, sometimes the tenants are not ready to install an additional app on their phones, and the web interface doesn't work great on mobile. **What problems is Bixby solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing multiple properties and tenants from a single place. By doing this, I'm able to navigate through the automation of my Samsung products. ### 13. LIFE SAVER. :) **What problems is Bixby solving and how is that benefiting you?** When i first got my phone and it had Bixby on it, i thought it was a waste of space, then i accidentally got it started. now i ask Bixby to help me find info, look stuff up, call people for me, set reminders, you name it. ### 15. It’s a one stop shop for all things related to building premise. I get news of my guests and can even log them in ahead of time. I know what packages that have arrived and are waitting for me to pick up. Even lets me reserve certain building facilities and book basic services like dry cleaning and deliveries. **What do you dislike about Bixby?** There is no dislikes that I have for Bixby yet. I do hope the the app can be customized to have a company or building logo/theme. Right now it just has the generic bixby theme and pictures. But maybe this option is already available but just not utilized by my building management. **What problems is Bixby solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bixby provides real time concierge service which is really helpful, especially when I am not in the building or leaving the building super late and the front desk is off.
