The billing system is quite rigid. Even though I had enough credit on my account balance, my account was locked simply because I didn't have a credit card linked at the moment of renewal. Bitwarden is a great password manager that I can use across all my devices. I use it on my phone, browser plugs in, the website, tablets everywhere. I also share it with my family members. I love Bitwarden for its security, ease of use, and accessibility across our computers and mobile devices. One thing I would like to see improved is better centralized deployment and management for the desktop app. It would be helpful if Bitwarden had an ADMX template, group policy support, or another centralized way to deploy default settings across all domain computers and users. Right now, I have to direct each user through enabling certain features manually, which is not always ideal, especially when working with users who are not very technology inclined. I like the ease of Bitwarden across platforms, whether on mobile, desktop app, or browsers, and all of this in an integrated way. This makes it much easier for me to access any site or platform, regardless of the device I'm using, whether it's the computer or the mobile phone. What could be improved is the ability to delete passwords. Sometimes I update a password by mistake and would like to be able to delete it and revert to the old password. It’s free and open source – and that shouldn’t be able to work together this well - but here we are. One of the things I really appreciate is that the self-hosted option is available if you choose it (which is somewhat rare) and the fact that you’re able to check the code for yourself matters if you are the type of individual who cares about that sort of thing. Sharing credentials within an organization can be a little clunky, and while the organization set-up will take you a minute or two to get your head wrapped around, the free plan is limited to one type of device (phone or desktop), which can be frustrating if you’d like to use both types of devices without spending money. I guess it’s a petty complaint, but the generated password popup closes instantly if you accidentally click on anything outside of the popup, and I’ve lost generated passwords that way more times than I care to admit.
