Especially as an admin they have given me more ways to manage all the users in my organization. The one issue I had previously is that people had a password storage space (i.e. folder) in their own vault, and in the organisations vault, and removing someone from the organization did not remove anything in their own vault. This is fine in principle, but many users accidentally saved their entries in their own vault, meaning I could not restrict their access when it came time for that. Luckily they improved that; they include now multiple options to restrict users from saving in their own vault, or for linking their own vault to the organization as well. Among other things I appreciate the password reset options I can use as an admin to reset someone's password. Once past the initial learning curve, which is typical for any new password manager, our regular users have found it intuitive to use and I haven't heard any complaints. It also just works for both our Windows, Mac and Linux users without any issues as far as I am aware. All that for a very decent price (which hasn't increased (yet), even in this more expensive economy). **What do you dislike about Bitwarden?** For the everyday user, Bitwarden is perfect. Getting into your vault from the browser extension is easy, and it generally is good at autofilling in your passwords and saving new ones without any issues. But as an admin for an organization, that's where I still see some room for improvement. While Bitwarden keeps improving its admin console and gives us tools like audit logs and reports for weak or reused passwords, they could be even better, especially as our team is growing, for instance: - It'd be super helpful if we could run those security reports (for finding weak or reused passwords) just on a single collection instead of the whole organization's vault. Because our vault is now pretty big, running a full check sometimes make my browser freeze up. Plus, not being able to audit just one department or project makes it tough to really drill down and make sure specific teams are following our security rules. Add to that the fact that generating these reports is quite slow (a few minutes for a team of 100 users). - I can see when individual users last logged in by digging into their profiles, but it'd be so much easier if there was just one simple table or dashboard showing everyone's last login date. Right now, I have to go user by user, and that's just not efficient when you're trying to keep an eye on a lot of accounts to spot anyone who's been inactive for too long. Furthermore, this just shows you that they logged in recently, it is alot trickier to detect if they actually use Bitwarden correctly. This can now only be done (as far as I am aware) by exporting audit logs and doing some spreadsheet magic to find the people not using Bitwarden correctly. **What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Bitwarden for all our employees to ensure they have unique, strong passwords for each and every account. I also find it very convenient that I can easily copy and paste usernames, passwords, and 2FA codes from the Bitwarden app directly into any application or website with just a click, and everything remains masked from view for added security. Although I wasn't involved in the initial implementation or integration of Bitwarden, our IT lead was able to set it up smoothly and continues to support and encourage its use within our team. I rely on Bitwarden multiple times each day to access the various applications I need for my work, as well as to log in to customer applications when providing support. So far, I haven't needed to contact Bitwarden's customer support because the application has been reliable and trouble-free—it simply works as expected. Both times, they have responded within the hour and resolved my issue. Bitwarden itself is easy to use as should all password managers be. I have been able to import passwords from an old KeePass instance quite easily and onboard colleagues. We have 50 members of staff constantly using Bitwarden and they have found it easy to follow the sign up process and navigate through to the passwords they require. **What do you dislike about Bitwarden?** It would be great if you could drag and drop passwords from one collection to another, this would have made sorting through my initial import much easier as my old Keepass instance wasn't supported so had to bring via a csv file and then sort through them. And with bitwarden I found all that I need in a modern password manager. Logins, secure notes, identity filler, credit card, TOTP, passkeys all together in a multi platform app. The password fill is incredibly easy, also thanks to keyboard shortcuts. With enterprise plan I can have shared vaults for convenient passwords share. Secure send is loved by me, my colleagues and my customers. It's definitely the app that I use most on my devices. Customer care is Ok, I had the need to contact support for some billing issues, ticket solving with ease of communication and good response time. **What do you dislike about Bitwarden?** In later months, Bitwarden team rushed to renovate the app look, that lead to some hickups and performance regressions. Fortunately the dev team is very sensitive to community feedback and correction are quick and smooth. Since implementing Bitwarden I use it everytime I have to login to an account, Bitwarden is the first thing I login to every morning. One feature that is very convenient is having all of you login credentials just a click away, once Bitwarden has been unlocked you can easily find credentials and login to any website needed. I personally like the keyboard shortcut to autofill credentials. There's no more having to figure out your login or taking time to type it in, with Bitwarden you can be logged into anything you need in 10 seconds or less. If any issues with Bitwarden arises the customer support is very responsive and will get the issue either resolved or have a workaround. **What do you dislike about Bitwarden?** Being in a business environment with Bitwarden is very convenient but one thing I have noticed about Bitwarden is the autofill feature turning its self off. Most employees don't know the keyboard shortcut to autofill so once autofill turns off they have issues with finding credentials. I have noticed this to happen after Bitwarden having an update. **What problems is Bitwarden solving and how is that benefiting you?** We implemented Bitwarden to avoid users forgetting their passwords or writing their passwords down and leaving it out in the open on their desk which causes a big security threat. Now that we have a one-hundred percent adoption rate all users can store their credentials in Bitwarden and keep all of their accounts secure. Since Bitwarden we have had a significant drop in resetting user passwords, the only password a user has to remember is their Master Password. ### 23.
