Bittsi Scribe is an ambient AI scribe built for veterinary medicine, available as a standalone app on iOS and Android and on the desktop. It listens to the exam-room conversation and turns it into a structured SOAP note, dental chart entries, and billable items that the veterinarian reviews and approves before anything is finalized. It works with any practice management system: completed notes are handed to the front desk through a secure, view-only page that expires automatically, so nothing is installed and no data is stored on outside computers. For clinics on Bittsi PIMS, notes sync directly into the patient chart, invoices are drafted from the documented procedures, and recheck reminders are scheduled without manual work. Raw audio is deleted after three days and the notes remain the property of the clinic. A free tier is included; paid plans are per veterinarian, with support staff free.
