BitsySignage is a cloud-based digital signage content management system (CMS) from Bitsy Infotech Private Limited. It helps teams manage digital displays, digital menu boards, video walls, and kiosk screens across single or multiple business locations. Manage screens remotely from a browser on a PC, smartphone, or tablet. Upload images, videos, PDFs, HTML pages, and web URLs; organize media with folders and tags; create drag-and-drop playlists and multi-zone layouts; and schedule content by calendar with repetition, expiry dates, and default playlists. Group displays, publish updates in bulk, restart screens, and check playback snapshots. Built-in apps include Canva, Instagram, Microsoft Power BI, RSS feeds, weather, time, and YouTube Live. Proof-of-play reporting supports scheduled reports and HTML or CSV exports. The Business plan adds apps, multi-user access, and conditions to Lite. Enterprise includes Business features plus audit logs, security logs, and triggers. Supported platforms include Android, LG webOS, Samsung Tizen, and Windows. Supported commercial displays can operate without a separate media player. Cached images, videos, and schedules continue playing offline; new content updates, streams, and web URLs require internet access. Layouts support different screen resolutions, orientations, and display zones. Use cases include retail promotions, restaurant menus, corporate communications, hotel guest information, healthcare displays, education, banking, and events. Customers featured on the official BitsySignage website include Adani, Aditya Birla Group, Chalo, IBM, and Saraswat Bank.
