What do you like best about Bitrix24?

It's multi-functional, fast and quite engaging. The interface is very attractive. It's easy to automate tasks, set task reminders, communicate with team and monitor ongoing tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitrix24?

It's a bit complex for a newbie. A lot of things are added to it, making it look like a bulky program. As it is quite heavy program, it slows down PC/laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bitrix24?

It has a very good user experience, super intuitive and functional, easy to learn for both users and administrators. Its integration and implementation are very simple! SUPER COMPLETE. The support they provide is VERY GOOD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bitrix24?

Everything is integrated, from your chats to your telephony. Bitrix works well and its reminder features are fabulous. One of the easiest CRM's I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitrix24?

The fact that you have to be on a certain package to get useful help articles or customer support.

The second thing is the messaging system, it goes to whatsapp yes, but it cant be used as a regular chat app, so for example I connect my whatsapp to Bitrix24. Its used more as a call center chat app, when after a certain amount of inactivity the chat closes automatically and the person gives you a rating. If you need to chat to that person again, you cant.

Lastly, the gmail connection feature does not work well. Everytime I connect my gmail, emails don't come through like they should, emails go "missing" yet if i go to gmail itself the email shows there.

These are the 3 things I use daily, and the 3 most lacking items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
