What do you like best about Bitrix24?

Bitrix24 is a great all in one business tool. It has alot of features for an organization to be structured with this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitrix24?

They have a huge FAQ system. Wish the FAQ was more organized to help find things that you have a stopping point in the software that you don't know how to do. Wish there was a wizard to help with automation and the other hi-technical sections that requires a tech. If you haven't used it before it would be hard to navigate and setup. What do you like best about Bitrix24?

What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bitrix24 is offering free plan and that free plan itself is so helpful for small team as it offers useful functions like CRM basic, tasks and projects. Automating the repetitive tasks and recurring workflows is something which is already built in. This helps a lot in terms of reducing the manual intervention. Real-time chat, group messaging and even video conferencing helps to collaborate within a short notice. Additionally, this is scalable as it has variety of plans tailor made for variety of teams. "Bitrix: All-in-One CRM with Automated Pipelines and Complete Client History"

What do you like best about Bitrix24?

Main thing I like about Bitrix is that you can use it manage multiple things including Lead Pipeline, Deals, Tasks & Projects inside one software.

Plus being able to connect multiple tools, so all of the client emails, calls etc. are automatically attached to the customer record (making it way easier to see the conversational history)

Also, you can have different automations set for each stage in the pipelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitrix24?

It seems an overkill at first, but it mainly seems to be SMB CRM + Project Management + Sales Management Software (but you can't do full email automation based on lead stages in this one - for which you have to use other dedicated email marketing software) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am using Bitrix24 from long time and i like the project management and team collaborations tool with the help of it my team can collaborate and use built in chat, video call facility. we can also build website and landing pages and many more. its ease to implement and have best customer support.
