**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

We bought Bitrix24 mainly for our business tracking processes. We realized that we solved our business quickly and easily with the other services it provided to us. We are able to successfully perform various job titles such as CRM, website creation, personnel disk space, collaborative work groups, adding outsource employees. As we use it, we observe that it is an institution that constantly improves itself.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

The staff who first started to use the application stated that they had a little difficulty. Screen-based improvements can be made in this regard. The referral and explanation processes can be improved. Unfortunately, it is not very useful on the mobile application side. We are expecting serious progress for this place.

**What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We provide employee performance, monitoring of business processes, designing multi-stage business automation, website pages, and customer communication services.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

It is a contemporary programme, which optimizes communication between the staff and the clients. There are also collaboration tools for working with the team, videocalls, group chats and surveys are some of the big software. The platform features an easy-to-understand design. The functioning of all my team has improved. It helps everyone collaborate more effectively with others and we make a statement collectively. It is now simpler to interact, make remark and discuss our ongoing initiatives with the aid of this application.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

The mobile application has experienced difficulties with performance, it is a very full application, but the operation of specific tools occasionally does not succeed. Sometimes it gets difficult to seek for the correct stuff at the right moment with many various features, and one issue that disturbes me most is that your mobile app does not have many functions.

**Recommendations to others considering Bitrix24:**

There are extremely unfinished tools, such as Scrum Tools and Marketing Automation, which may be enhanced with an update. Billing programs can be easy to use and a tax calculator can be included. In the future, I'm sure the application can be more intuitive. I really suggest this tool, having stated that. It helped me get my schoolwork done in good time. This app is the only way to handle my many tasks. It provides you a Gantt chart as well, time monitoring and improved working for Kanban. That just makes it amazing.

A better teamwork was established with the usage of Bitrix24. The Kanban Board and calendars are among the most successful functionalities. We store cloud information every week. Data migration and backup copies provide strong stability. Social networks and emails provide fantastic outcomes to our consumers. By improving and quality of communication, we can now draw up improved plans. Now in our different initiatives we have no problems, because its ongoing notification system keeps us informed.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

It has many practical and easy-to-use features such as the ability to store and share all documents and media within the company, cloud support, task and project creation, categorization, search, instant messaging, creating and managing workflows.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

The mobile application is very useless, it definitely needs to be updated. I can hardly do any work done in the web interface in the mobile application. There are some gaps, you can be the most popular person of the day in the company by sending a private message from a mobile device. The web app scores very low compared to mobile.

You can easily track projects and tasks. It is easy to reach the files you want to reach in the past, and the search options are wide. It will make your job easier because the workflows of the people you are the manager of are in front of you.

It is very easy to create projects and tasks, I can follow all the details from one place by including all the relevant people. It provided the opportunity to monitor all external relations from a single center, and we can answer incoming questions by integrating them with corporate e-mails.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

From my point of view, Bitrix24 has all the necessary components that are needed to do customer relationship management work. It has a straightforward platform which makes workflow to be flawless. Bitrix24 is a great tool to do customer management, data saving, task management, company status, customer ticket management, and contact details in our office. Bitrix24 uses the latest technology software, allowing our projects to be well handled and properly managing resources.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

While using Bitrix24 some tools are hidden or places in unexpected locations and places; this makes the searching and navigation process much harder for users while doing their work. While uploading files with a large size takes so much time, this creates frustration for users. And when using Bitrix24 and we face a challenge we ask support but it is limited.

The most prmost feature of Bitrix24 is it has CRM with a wide variety of lead management tools including some handy automation features that combine to make it an excellent SMB.

It's a cloud collaboration platform with all the basics served as free. Additionally, there're tons of easy plug&play integration capabilities with current top platforms and apps.

There's nothing that I dislike. It's a great tool on both web application and mobile app sides.
It could be better with a simpler user interface for beginners' quicker adaptation.

I strongly recommend Bitrix from small companies to big corporates with remote teams.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

What I like best about Bitrix24 is that this source manages tasks altogether. Can you imagine a day when you do not have any connection with your colleagues (except by cellphone or a piece of paper)? This is the right time to get a program that has a solution to both manage your day and data. Among variable frames to be integrated with there are some other options to comply with your corporate tasks, such as schedules, deadline tasks, executives, Q&A dialogues, and many many others.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

For some reason, if your corporation is over 10 000 members it may need some upgraded version as best, this is subjective POV but I assume that it's a little bit slow while operating with data. Some of our IT managers said that it's worth it. However, if your business is more in sales targeting as a management system you should consider specific products because Bitrix 24 is more likely a solid in-betweener.

**Recommendations to others considering Bitrix24:**

Please consider checking CMR platforms as many as possible, taking a look at your industrial niche. For sales strategies, this product is to be upgraded.

We have to maintain a written communication within all divisions of our corporation including abroad, as well as a certain control needed to execute all tasks. So the chain of tasks was always visible and under control. This is the best part and yields benefits anyways.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

Lead Management, Gives Access to 50 people at an economical price, but it's useless without an employee performance report.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Humble request to please look into this. I have been struggling for almost 2 months on the reporting part
Bitrix24 is good for CRM and Business Develop, but when a sales CRM where 50+ employees work, the employee performance report means a lot for any business irrespective of big or small.

Before sales, there are various processes, and actions that result in success or deal, and those steps involve Lead Management such as Lead Validation, Email Sent, Telephonic Calls Done. All these are lead management and engagement stages, and after that only success comes.

It takes weeks/months/years to get a success, until then what each employee is putting in their effort - a report on same marks the employee's seriousness during their daily work, Bitrix24 does not have any such report. 
There is no custom report of each employee like what activities they have done, their lead efficiency management - no accuracy on the report, the number in Lead Funnel shown is incorrect. 

Let say in an organization if there are 50 employees the report should show the top performer and the non-performer according to their activity-based rank analysis, which should be how many emails sent how many calls done. Bitix24 does not have a system to give all employees performance report, which the Business Head can look at it.

This is where I feel, Bitix24 is a very immature sales CRM when it comes to employee performance custom reports as the report fails to capture the lead custom fields. Your team lacks a basic understanding of the sales process. 
I wonder how can your development guys miss such vital information? 

It would have been wonderful for any Business Head or CEO to have all their employees report in a horizontal way   in a single window such as 

Employees Name - Total Inactive Leads - Total Email Sent - Total Calls Done  - Success - Failure

The Lead Validation process counts for Email sent on work email id 
This is an important report for any service industry, as they are not selling products, they are selling services, so its matter of success means truly churning and validation of leads, follow-up by email sent, and telephonic calls.
If each salesperson is sending 50 emails in a day and doing 50 calls, that means the salesperson is validating the leads. 

If your system there is no way to figure out if the emails are sent through Britix24 server and through webmail, if it has bounced back there is no way to figure out,   
Without having the clarity on Lead Management Efficiency how would one assure success every time?

I have not seen the vision of your company to help your customer grow, your product development vision and values are not aligned to bare sales basics,  it's aligned on public demand.

For the customer who has paid for two years in advance, you don't have any respect and value for their business needs that too the basic sales report and employee performance report.

For the service industry where the fields are custom, then your system reports are a disaster and big failure.

People like us only end up with regret and disappointment.
It is a lesson for me that don't go for cheap rates, look at the things which make business sense for us. Sheer lack of employee lead management efficiency has put has to big-time failure.

The thing which the sales team has shown about the lead funnel, in practice it is not working. Finally, a sales CRM without the basic reports of employee performance, what value does it bring for us.
Please do not cheat your customers as they come with trust in your brand and then only to regret it.
We have worked on other brands they are not what you proclaim to be worlds to 5 brand but they know the basics of what can be done to help their customer grow.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

Project Management
What I like when using Bitrix is that there are different kinds of how to handle a project. The user management is also a big plus to us in our company as we are divided into separate departments that has each of its own workgroups. For each task you can delegate,  track, have deadlines and incorporate it to your working plan when you time in to their built in working day feature.

User Dashboard
Having your own profile and can upload files unto your drive is a huge help to us as we would need a cloud storage and all in one to keep our work flowing.

Team Collaborations
Also, the ability to have a chat in a CRM which has call/video enabled really helped our team to work and communicate better as we are all working remotely. You can use the searchbar when using the chat which I think helps when you forgot some things when to talking to a co worker.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

What I don't like is when I am commenting to a task you can't use your regular tab keys to insert some spaces. I know it's a matter of preference but when you are using the bullet options of their rich text editor you can't use inner bullets see reference example https://prnt.sc/12a60gs  which is find annoying as we use it often. What we do is we create a separate google docs that way we can indent into the bullet points.

Bitrix24 is a software which is used in communication in management filed. Bitrix24 software is very easy and convenience to use for employees. The best part of the software is adio and video communication. The best part of it is offers you free trail for use.

Some tools are in hidden location inside on other tools, so for the use of software you need proper knowledge. Most of the function are clearly not recognize. You need very strong technical support and must have steady internet support.

Britrix24 has everything that a project management needs such as collaborative tools and storage space. The messenger platform  organized and and collaborate more effective and solving problem and issue instantly. Bitrix24 also has more competitive pricing plan that has fit our needs and less costly than other software.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

This forum has a pleasantly seamless work interface and a good architecture facilitates the performance of the relevant activities, provides good planning and coordination, and provides good support in various media. I can keep track of my projects and work reports with this tool. With authorization, I can store data and I can query it. I may also see a list of all incidents and programs through video calls and instant messages.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

There should be more evolved features that go hand in hand to adjust or adapt to any user's preferences and maintain learning difficulties mastering that interface, until this type of tool is first used. Each of his functions is difficult to do if it is not sufficiently straightforward, so that certain functions can be taken into account and adjusted in order to improve efficiency.

Bitrix24 is straightforward and convenient to use. We use it in all divisions without any complications. It also gives us plenty of room. We can also efficiently establish and maintain connections with our clients. Therefore, our ventures became increased and fluid, it was fantastic. It is strongly recommended to use this forum to help organize scheduled jobs, a platform that allows them to access suitable technical assistance in order to understand how to handle and use the resources they provide.

It is the only tool that allows us to use the integrated cloud to store and share files within the whole company. Bitrix24 also offers instant messaging and task management tools that boost our internal tracking and let others know our deadlines.

The only difficulty we found while using Bitrix24 is that some tool are "hidden" and you need to search for them a little bit. This improved a lot during time and updates, so I'm always expecting IU enhacements.

Bitrix 24 has offered a lot to my business and I am a happy client. The application has different functions that have been brought together to achieve common business goals.
I have used it to create tasks for team members and it is very effective as it sets timelines, allows adding of observers and participants, and adding subtasks on the parent task.
It also has a time management feature for employees which is used to clock in, take breaks and clock out.
The application also allows team leaders and any other employee to submit work reports to their supervisors or managers.
I am also able to create different channels of communication for different departments other than the main channel which is used by all team members.
Bitrix 24 also has a company calendar that allows scheduling of events like meetings, leave days, and other important events.
I also like Bitrix 24 because it has a CRM feature that allows me to add my leads and close sales. It helps me to create leads and easily follow up while adding events like calls and meetings.
It is also very good in audio and video calls.

Some features stop working all over a sudden with no notice, for example, the clocking-in feature. After contacting the Bitrix 24 team, they request me to upgrade my plan.
I cannot use it offline.

Despite providing a free service, this software is incredibly restrictive, and you almost have a tool to pay for it if you wish to use it, either because it is not lucrative for small ventures. I liked Bitrix24 corporate side. I will have my own page for each project as a project manager and could sort all my correspondence there. One of the most comprehensive channels available, medium-sized and large businesses are helping to coordinate their tasks, to connect and increase production between working teams. It has a very fun and dynamic gui and helps boost connectivity with love and emojis by way of community chat, social internet, audio, video calls and file sharing.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

It is a very useful platform, but the architecture needs to be modernized a little. They looked cheap, I couldn't trust the software, I didn't like those graphics. It also didn't feel safe, so I could just store all my details on my computer. The worst part, though, was the continuing reports inside the app.

This tool was very useful if you are a Project Manager. The toughest thing was to incorporate it internally and to use it by my coworkers. It has many features, so you can get what you need for an effective operation of the organization on one site: collaboration, job organizer, CRM, call center, and website builders. We highly encourage any small or medium-sized enterprise to use this excellent tool.

I love the free multi-tool software that Bitrix24 provides for you to run your whole enterprise. So many excellent modules are available, including CRM, sales funnels, project management and many more. It helps you to collaborate beautifully alongside a colleague. Everything you need is there, with a side menu that is easy to use. For example, Bitrix24 may spread via applications from third parties that link it. Your email list or your Slack app for your timetable and more.

For novice users, it could be much harder, but the guide may help them understand the key features. There are several modules, but the learning resources are important to understand them really. It is not only as intuitive as other applications in which I can communicate and quickly learn the structures. So it wasn't possible as I wanted to convince someone to use it.

I like that it is a local internet solution that ensures your safety. It is very useful for efficient teamwork, correspondence, social media, enterprise process management and documentation. I favored over other applications because it enables a greater consistency of information to handle the data on the web pages to provide a better interaction with the customer. It also relies on tools such as wikis, blogs, and forums. Bitrix24 is the inexpensive CRM control option we are all trying to search. It's not enough to be a complete elitist who knows very much, but a boss to get everything you need without making as much noise as the rest. That's how Bitrix24 became a part of our firm quickly, and we didn't regret that decision because of its positive environmental commitment and impact. So, Bitrix24 has been reported to be a stable and scalable CRM device.

You cannot have advantages in the free edition such as "unclear features" features and "accounting feature" They are payable and significant, so I don't know why the free version is deleted. It is a very helpful application with some nice functionality to better run my organization, and we find a "human resources management" feature that keeps track of participation, job time and job tracking while we use the app where we get advantages. It has all the intranet collaboration features. Furthermore, job automation is simpler by making a single click task in chat, Bitrix24 knows the words "today or tomorrow" and dates for deals and customers in chats, which help to create a task that is really pleasant.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Certain UX options are doubtful. In case of CRM, such functions, such as data setup, are hidden anywhere you will never locate, some of which make you claim to loose concentrate on transaction traffic, when attempting to adjust duplicate deal credentials for other customers. Through the use of the software, it has no such tidy or intuitive interface, with many choices to compromise to be so irritating that it doesn't have that many possibilities. I like the fact that Bitrix24 has everything to start working right away, from an internal social network with video chat, project management, desktop/mobile clients and document collaboration.

For the basic tier you can start a team with 12 users with all the tools for project management for free. For a small businesses, that's likely enough to let your whole team start using it and collaborate in a project.

Most paid CRMs with free or basic plans only let you bring a couple users along, but not Bitrix24.

There are some aspets I think need some work:

The second aspect I felt restricted is in the design: the consumer relies heavily on what is available, there is no space for modifying what they want in terms of web pages. We still have to improve the service that offers virtual telephone calls to offer a high quality service, so we have the price when some companies can afford that software for others, especially because the small price of their plans is a barrier. I think their mobile app has a number of restrictions such as I sometimes cannot find all the web platform management tools.

Bitrix24 is a high quality software, which allows projects to be well handled and fair management of resources.
Also, the developer is cautious in handling clients, and their problems are well solved. 
Communication is also full facilitated by this application.

It is an outstanding software for small and large businesses, since it encourages collaboration and makes team work very simple, the resources it has are excellent for developing a range of projects and activities. In the internal correspondence of businesses, the intranet plays an important function. And every organization needs to develop its internal processes of communication. When we began with Britix24, that got better.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

We launched it in the business more than 2 years ago, and it has been operating quite well so far. The fact is, it's a program that has no challenge for me and that it's nice to function as a team and you don't have to look for a feature in this framework in another.

We can function as a team and it makes us much more successful, I suggest. This platform is planned to evolve and can be proven by the limited use time. It would definitely be helpful for others if it has been useful to us.

I have handled the vast majority of private business and business aspects every day. The business wants this internal care and an external tool, like Britix24, is therefore needed. In a short period of usage, there have been changes and we are more coordinated and more interdepartmental interactions now. In big or small businesses, it is really necessary because it allows us to implement projects even more effectively. It also has excellent ways to connect in the show.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

The fact that it is small business collaboration software with complete tools for management. I specially like it for the landing page building that is so easy and suited for unskilled user. The 100% free offer of management tools also makes it usable for new startups that may not have enough capital to cover such costs. This software is really a master piece for its open-source-implementation functionality. The education component is very good and enough to give guidance to every user.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

In my use, I noted that the Software requires high speed internet connectivity - thus in countries, particularly developing countries, were internet connectivity is poor it usually takes longer time to load up. I  also did not like the free bitrix24 domain that is given if a user is using free subscription. The other part I felt limited is on the designs - user depends much on what is available - no room for changing to what you would want to design in terms of site sections.

**Recommendations to others considering Bitrix24:**

I would probably say that bitrix24 is a good software to use. My own experience show that Bitrix24 is a collaboration software comprised of complete tools for management, collaboration, and communication. It provides a unified platform for management of messages, workplace tasks, files, projects and contacts. It is very much free and can be used forever like that though to have a very engaging and smart usability there is need to upgrade. You can easily invite others to join in and use it.

**What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online absence is one problem - The software helps in creating visibility and data collection. Coding - I am not able to write codes but the software has resolved that and makes easier for me to move around with blocks and sections. Data collection issues are also resolved and makes it easier for me to have the right data. Contact issues. I am able to have a live chat, in-built.

One benefit is the unlimited number of pages that a user can create freely. It is very responsive meeting user's needs regardless of whether they are using PC or mobile device.  It has integrated google analytics making the data collection and analysis easier.

Bitrix24 currently contains five key components: mission and device integration; CRM, and even employee correspondence; contact center; and network management. The other region is the project manager and gives a general description of such positions. Bitrix24 operative movement. It offers a channel for visibility and encourages the achievement of the project. Action reports shall also be collected with each team member 's travel monitoring.

I really have no complaints about this platform, I have used it for more than 1 year, its operation has been impeccable, we are very happy.

Due to the fact that it has many functions available, the learning curve is steep, so make use tests before starting with a real project to avoid errors, as this will be a platform for daily use, take advantage of the customization options to make it more pleasant of using.

The interface was some how leads me confused to state due to its large tools. The file sharing system In the Android Operating system is very poor even some traditional methods like Email are far better to this. The customer support is not good as they are taking a lot of time in resolving issues. The cost is also a Aspect for a startup based company for their usage.

Bitrix24 is the Most useful platform for getting Customer relations as in any business the customers are the important . Bitrix 24 is giving us chance to use Multiple tools for customers Relation. It has all features for Intranet communication. Also, task automation is easier with in-chat 1-click task creation (Bitrix24 recognizes word "today" or "tomorrow" and dates in the chats about the deals and clients and helps to create the task in a pretty friendly manner).

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Some UX decisions are questionable. For CRM some features (like privacy settings) are hidden somewhere you'll never find, some make you pretend to lose the focus on deal flow (while you're trying to change the duplicated deal credentials for another customer and change the original customer's company and contact details instead.) Sometimes it's laggy in the browser.

Work with Bitrix24 integration partner instead of self-service.

I’m pretty much happy from the quality of the software called bitrix24. It has effected the working of my entire team. It has helped all of us to work together with each other more successfully and together we are making a statement. It has effect my whole project team all together but also we have executed it in our sales and marketing department. With the help of this tool it has become easier to communicate, to give feedback and have a discussion on our ongoing projects.

This is not specify or endless matter with this tool. But among so many different feature. Sometime it become arduous to search right things on right time, and one thing that annoy me the most is that it’s mobile application has not many features it is finite to that.

I highly recommend this tool. It has helped me to achieve my task easily and on time. It is possible only with this tool to manage my numerous projects it is very cots effective solution. It also give Gantt chart, time tracking and it has kanban to work in better way. This make it simply impressive.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

Having search for a decent CRM while being bootstrapped, I was surprise by the amount of options and service Bitrix24 has to offer for free. Of course, the free version has its limitations, but if you have a small team - you can pretty much do everything with Bitrix24: chatbots, conversations, task management, sales funnels, corporate chats and messages, company blog... It can really do all that.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

The interface may seem a bit overwhelming at fist. Yes, it's customizable and after one gets to know Bitrix24 - it's quite easy to hide the unused sections, customize fields, set up work processes... but it has a learning curve, never forget about that.
And, having used several CRM systems, I have to acknowledge that Bitrix24 interface is not as streamlined as its competitors'. But it does the job nevertheless.

**What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Bitrix24 to set up messenger bots, track tasks and complex projects, manage the sales funnel and clients list. Those are all the functions available even in the free package, which was the main decision point for me a the time.
