**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

I have been using Bitrix24 for the past year and I must say it is an excellent platform for managing my business. The features are comprehensive and well-designed, making it easy for me to manage my team and projects efficiently. The CRM functionality is particularly impressive, with its ability to manage clients, leads, and deals all in one place.
Another aspect of Bitrix24 that I appreciate is the robust communication tools, including video conferencing, group chat, and task delegation. These tools have been instrumental in keeping my team connected and productive, even when working remotely.

Support team resolve any issue within matter of few hours.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

Best thing in Bitrix24 is that it's CRM  features like tasks, projects and pipelines. It helps in keeping track of the roles assigned to project participants. We can also categorise members based on their functions. It helps in defining the ability to effectively manage workflows and structure projects, as well as the excellent scheduling capability.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

All the features are good but sometimes it got stuck and redirects to login page.
And there are few or less features which we can use in app in comparison of website.

integration of Bitrix24 forms and live chat is the best thing which I use on daily basis.Helps in setting up lead funnels and deals to keep track of which clients we're onboarding and which we're currently pitching.

 It has feature like attendance and tasks excuse to complete the assigned work due to cloud-based application helps the programmer from any device with an Internet connection.

Overall it's a good software fro planning & CRM

They increase prices, and they deceive you!! When you want to downgrade your plan from a commercial plan to a free one, they locked your account & all your data, and a message appears that they can't bring you back to the free plan!!! Even if you try to disable all the paid features!  My 8 months of experience with them was good but now, I believe this software is a piece of s***t.

they solve all tasks & project management problems, and we automate most of our work with bitrix. we benefit a lot from CRM and how easy it is.

So far there is nothing that I consider negative, it is quite complete and easy to integrate into business. It is an understandable tool also with functionalities that can be adapted to the type of company in which you work

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

Back in 2014 when I was looking for an all-in-one solution that offered calendar import and export between different platforms such as Apple iCal, Outlook and Gmail, That's when I first came across Bitrix 24 because it was the only platform offering it. I was impressed to see that apart of the calendar feature, bitrix 24 offered a wide variety of other useful features and services as well.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

I won't say that I dislike anything about Bitrix 24 because it'll be a lie, I would rather say that the Documentation even though it is pretty detailed could be still improved further.

**Recommendations to others considering Bitrix24:**

It's better to use one platform that offers everything instead of 7, as it helps keep everything organized and easily trackable.

Our biggest challenge was calendar synchronization.  Bitrix 24 has solved this one big problem for us. Because the calendar is crucial to any business. Without a working solution, it is very hard to keep track of meetings and other schedules.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

First of all, we must know what Bitrix24 is. It is a multi-operations software that allows multi-tasking in different ways: Creating selling sites, automating sales, or project management with rich communication features. That’s why it is called the “All-In-One.” After logging in, we will directly notice the well-designed dashboard with tabs clearly separated. We can click on any tab we want from the left corner of the screen. It is very straightforward and navigation-friendly.  The principal tabs on the dashboard constitute the things that I like the most about this software:
- The Activity Stream from which we can see the employees of a given project with whom we can interact through chats (both video or text) or comments; there’s a comment section for the different projects. While writing, we can share files and use emojis. This particular feature shows that the software keeps up with the technological trend, because emojis mean alot to people;
- The Employees tab presents the organizational chart with the names of all the employees. And, we can organize it as we want by adding new members or removing some, creating different Departments, and sharing the roles. It just makes team management highly efficient;
- The Tasks and projects tab allows us to create tasks and manage the different teams working on them. What is even more fabulous with this tab is that Bitrix24 gives us an Analytics kind-of-feature that shows in real-time the performances of the different projects, the timing from the beginning to the ending planned, the ongoing tasks, the completed ones, and the total;
- The CRM which means Customer Relationship Management. This is the key element for any company to thrive in the digital world besides SEO (Search Engine Optimization). We cannot dig deep around it, since it is not our aim topic here. Just know that CRM is a tool that helps companies stay in touch with their clients by analyzing their needs to increase sales. Not only Bitrix24 has it. Microsoft, Salesforce, Zoho, to name just those, have it as well. What is adorable with the CRM of Bitrix24 is that we have a whole tab dedicated called CRM, and it is actually very intuitive to use: We can add our clients’ names, their contacts, and some notes about any relevant things that we want to hold about those clients. Hence, Bitrix24 enables us to create a detailed database about our clients. We don’t need to find another CRM tool elsewhere.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

- The support team is sometimes hard to get to. They take too much time before replying to our emails. It can make us feel lonely fronting some bugs we would like to report and get the help we need; 
- The price is too much for small businesses. Bitrix24 charges USD61 /month for the entry-level  (sometimes we can have sales dropping the price); while softwares like Zoho charges USD12/month only.

The product gathers tools for database, team management,  sales and workflow monitoring simultaneously. Anyone who wants a good CRM to boost sales must give it a try.

**What do you like best about Bitrix24?**

We decided to integrate Bitrix24 to improve the deficiency in MS Teams for Sprints. Bitrix24 makes life for all teams easier because it gives us access to many great features that Bitrix24 provides, including Kanban Boards for helping people managing projects and tasks.

We are using it for our Kanban Boards, Marketing Intelligence, Mailing Campaigns, Donor Deal Management, and also CRM.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

I would recommend joining up and start becoming familiar, particularly with the Kanban board structure (Projects and Tasks) in Bitrix24, and start exploring it before doing any integration, so you can decide if it is a good fit for you or not. If you are looking for something less complex, maybe you should look for an alternative.

**Recommendations to others considering Bitrix24:**

Explore it before going for the integreation within your team. Play a bit before start using it only.

**What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For those who don't know Kanban, it is a project management style that looks and works a bit like Trello. It also integrates seamlessly with Google AdWords, Insta and FB, Stripe for payments processing, and much more. The CRM function is very useful for Fundraising Team, who can better control what leads there are and how the "deals" are moving along.

Britix24 may replace traditional collaboration tools with a single platform, so everything works in favor of internal communication with the aid of Britix24. What I like best about this amazing software is its platform, which is beautiful and well-organized. It is very intuitive, and the customer support is excellent. It has all of the necessary tools and functions, as well as online storage and collaboration tools. With this platform, we can manage our projects, tasks, messages, and files, and we can manage the time we have spent on each task so that everyone in our team can keep track of the tasks.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

Despite the fact that it is a fairly straightforward platform, there are certain things that do not take a lot of learning time to grasp. The mobile app becomes too slow and takes a long time to open at times, document sharing isn't always as useful as I'd like it to be, it takes some time to prioritize our tasks and subtasks, I don't like their notification system because we constantly see the same notifications every time we log in, and the premium plans become very expensive over time.

**Recommendations to others considering Bitrix24:**

Britix24 was originally designed for small and medium-sized enterprises, but it has evolved into a highly strong platform that I believe can satisfy the demands of any business, regardless of size. Consider how many people use the platform so that you acquire a membership based on the size of your team and do not overpay; the platform is amazing and highly comprehensive. Bitrix24 has outstanding functionality and allows you to discover anything you need easily.

**What problems is Bitrix24 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improvements were seen after only a short period of use, and we are now a more structured firm with greater communication between internal divisions. My entire team has grown acquainted with bitrix24, and we are becoming better every day. We discovered in bitrix24 a fantastic and extremely full solution for keeping track of the work we do; we can manage our projects, tasks, and even our time, making our team more productive and efficient owing to the organization of the due date. We have everything in one very adaptable spot where we can create our priorities and classify our jobs.

Bitrix24 is a CRM, it is specialized for that specific function.
I liked the speed and fluidity that is achieved within the system. It is the only canned CRM that I have used, others were developed by companies.

**What do you dislike about Bitrix24?**

I found it difficult to configure. I tried to link the different spreadsheets and in most cases I couldn't.
Customization is hard to do, for a user with no previous Bitrix24 experience, it creates a bad experience that can be frustrating.

Mainly the CRM organization, the relationship with clients and the status of each lead.
My team managed to organize their processes, which increased the performance of the work team

Bitrix24 gives our organization all it needs to manage everything from CRM to projects and processes. I am a fan of this software. It is easy to use and navigate. It's a great collaboration tool that lets you pool together all your projects, documents, tasks, contacts, and messages. I am amazed at the speed and accuracy of the AI (artificial intelligence) chatbot that lets you create tasks, reminders, and notes with just a few clicks. As a team leader, this software has helped me get my team more organized and has helped us get our tasks done faster.

I tried to use bitrix24, but it was too complicated. I am not very computer-literate and I did not have the time to learn how to use the software. I was looking for something to help me with email, calendar, and file sharing. I am not sure if this would fit my needs, so I did not try it out.

An extensive list of features and products are available on the platform from CRM to task management. The pricing is hands down the best thing about Bitrix. No other CRM platform provides this many features at the price they are offering. It's good for small teams.

The UI is the worst! It's not intuitive at all. No matter how long you use it, you will still end up confused trying to find differentoptions on the platforms. Also, the analytics is not easy to use and configure.

Bitrix has a suite of services for workplaces of 100+ people. I personally like that they offer Customer Support with all the paid plans unlike other competitors that offer support only for the higher ticket size plans.

All their tools are interconnected and offer seamless integrations. So, If you take Bitrix24's subscription, you get an entire workplace tool suite that otherwise has to be arranged from multiple SaaS providers.

I like the best affordability of price offerings, and the Bitrix24 is very user-friendly and low entry-level to administer by tech support. The great thing is IP calling function, so you can add cell phones and track all calling activity of your personnel. It has integration with Google Workspace to share files and create dashboards. It works not only for sales but also for all teams to handle the business activity.

It is a heavyweight for desktop use. It will be great for time-tracking tasks to have notifications if the user did not end the workday and left the clock unstopped.

1: Chat and Calls: Internal communication is very excellent; it has file-sharing options and calls too.
2:Calender: Meetings and invites scheduling.
3: Drive: Data sharing and drive options are among the best services of the tool.
4: Workgroups: Multiple workgroups and their tasks can be managed through separate workgroups, including the access controls.
5:Tasks and Projects: This provides the complete overview of ongoing and completed tasks.
6: Efficiency: Employee performances are also calculated on this tool.
