Playful User Environment, good with reminders and with tracking the progress of the Lead Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bitrix24? Very restrictive to the normal user. Only the super admin has the ability to chnage some settings. Support is only available for the Super Admin and it's outsourced to third-party companies. In our case the Managing Director is the Super Admin, so we as Users don't have any access to customize our workflow. So it's not convenient to bother the MD to ask for changing the settings. It helps me keep track of my Leads and set reminders for follow ups etc. It also syncs with your emails so email communication is tracked in the Customer's feed.
