Bitreport is a type of retail task management and audit software that helps multi-location retail and hospitality teams run store audits, assign daily work and confirm that issues get resolved. It connects mobile checklists and audits with corrective tasks, deadlines and photo evidence, so findings recorded during a store visit become assigned actions that can be followed up. What Bitreport covers: - Mobile checklists and audits that store teams complete on their phones, with photo evidence attached to checks and tasks - Corrective tasks created from failed audit items, each with an owner and a deadline - Recurring tasks, such as opening and closing routines, scheduled for each location - Incident and repair tracking from the first report to resolution - A status overview across locations, with roles for store teams, area managers and head office Area managers and head office can review status across locations and follow up on exceptions without asking each store for an update. Bitreport is built for multi-location retail chains, such as grocery, fashion and beauty, home and garden and specialty retail, and for restaurant, cafe and hospitality groups. Typical uses include store visits and audits, hygiene and brand-standard checks, visual-merchandising photo review, and promotion and price-label checks. Bitreport is a cloud (SaaS) product with web, iOS and Android apps, available in English and 17+ local languages within EMEA. It started in 2023 and is built in Zagreb, Croatia. It is not a POS, ERP, inventory or payroll system; it covers the operational work around them. A free trial is available. The trial includes optional onsite training, an HQ/corporate visit and store walks.
