In turn, it has a visa card which is very practical to be able to use the bitcoin balance anywhere in the world in a simple way, although currently it is not available for all countries, it is a very good card that works perfectly well in the United States and Europe. It is important to note that this platform is integrated with Skrill and you can easily go from bitcoins to dollars thanks to the integration of both platforms, and it is also a very safe way to do it. Finally, it seems to me that this platform has two very important characteristics over the others, and those are having a very simple and easy to use interface, and security when making payments with bitcoin. **What do you dislike about BitPay?** The company and the platform is very good, although it has some disadvantages such as the little customer service that exists, sometimes double payments can be made and it is difficult to contact the platform to know what has happened, despite this I consider that the technology of the platform is quite good and should only improve this small detail **Recommendations to others considering BitPay:** I totally recommend the use of this platform, it is a reliable and good quality platform. I recommend that users use it in that they should be sure to send bitcoins to the correct address. You should always check twice or up to three times to be sure that the address is correct. In the company this platform is really appreciated, and we like how it works. It is an excellent bitcoin payment gateway for any online store. **What problems is BitPay solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main benefit is that you work directly with bitcoin, which can generate incredible profits, although you must be very careful because it can also generate incredible losses. In turn, the use of the visa card is very useful to make purchases with payments that have been received. Although the bitcoin market is volatile, the payment is guaranteed at a certain exchange rate, allowing the value to be unaffected when making a transaction. There are many ways to get this done well but Bitpay offers a simple and friendly interface to the user as well a way to invoicing, calculate in real-time price in almost all the currencies out there, integration with mobile and a large list of features. **What do you dislike about BitPay?** There is not actually something that I dislike about Bitpay. Being extremely honest, I don't like fees in my payments, The fee in Bitpay is really small, the free plan is great and the Pro plan just has a 1% fee, is almost nothing but as I said, being extremely honest, I'm Scrooge. **Recommendations to others considering BitPay:** Receiving payments in bitcoins is a lot better than in PayPal: lowers fees and faster.
