The best thing I like about BitMitigate is that it protects our website from hacks, attacks, DDos.

**What do you dislike about BitMitigate?**

I did not dislike any feature as such; thus, I cannot comment on the downsides.

**What problems is BitMitigate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With BitMitigate, I do not have to worry about hacks and attacks.
