The best aspect of Bitly is being able to create custom links that are easy for my clients to remember. Also, if I have to change the original link associated with ethe Bitly link I created, I can do a redirect without changing my Bitly link. Bulk link shortening could be more streamlined, which is frustrating when managing a large number of URLs. Bitly makes it easy to take my YouTube content and share it with a slick shortened URL. The short links are so valuable when explaining my content verbally or posting on social media. absolutely no customer service besides AI chat. I have a paid service. If you have any questions or custom upgrades the only way to do this is chat, but unfortunately the chat can't handle custom requests. The chat says that a customer rep will contact me, but that does not happen. I have been waiting for over a month now. The chat is not a human, but an AI only.
