We use them to advertise events, make sign ups seamless and have just started using the pages feature with great success. The web site is clealy laid out and simple to navigate. The links always work. I'm especially impress with the pages feature. The display looks great on both a computer and a phone screen. The features, layouts and instructions were easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about Bitly?** I have not found a downside. The free version was extensive. We have recently moved up to the paid version and feel the added benefits are worth the expense. **What problems is Bitly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bit.ly allow me to see how many people are reading our newsletters. It also offer api integrations for automated procesess. **What do you dislike about Bitly?** Over the years they have changed the plans making more expensive the plans tha once were inluded in lower tier plans and even free. **What problems is Bitly solving and how is that benefiting you?** As we publish and share so many links to our end users, we need to measure ehwn and how they interact with our portals and channels of communication. It's the one home for all your links and easy to use. Overall, Bitly can help better manage, track and share links with your audience. The URL shortener and link tracking capabilities are robust. I would recommend Bitly for its ease of use, customizable branched links and breadth of analytics. The free tier should suit most basic link management needs, with paid plans available for more advanced features - there are multiple options available based on your use. These start at $8/month which is very affordable for the basics. **What do you dislike about Bitly?** The downsides are the need to pay for advanced analytics and the limited customization options for free accounts. If you only need to create a URL shortener or a QR code occasionally, this should be fine, however, if you need more features, there will be an associated cost. **What problems is Bitly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our organization has multiple programs that we keep track of; Bitly has allowed us to create QR codes for each which allows end users faster access to our site. It also helps us keeps track of each ones utilization.
