Easy to navigate and use. Data is easy to access. Customer service when setting up a paid account is also as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bitly? Paid accounts, particularly Enterprise agreements, lack flexibility. Customer service from Bitly is non existent once it is time to pay your invoice. I have tried five or six times to contact Bitly regarding my account as I have had income challenges due to Covid-19 but have never been responded to. I just receive another notice stating my account is outstanding. This approach makes me believe that once you have signed up to a paid account, all they are interested in is your money. The price is the only real downside, but for what the product does (shortens urls with vanity links) the price was way too steep.
