What do you like best?

Easy to navigate and use. Data is easy to access. Customer service when setting up a paid account is also as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Paid accounts, particularly Enterprise agreements, lack flexibility.

Customer service from Bitly is non existent once it is time to pay your invoice. I have tried five or six times to contact Bitly regarding my account as I have had income challenges due to Covid-19 but have never been responded to. I just receive another notice stating my account is outstanding. This approach makes me believe that once you have signed up to a paid account, all they are interested in is your money. Recommendations to others considering the product:

Don't purchase an Enterprise account unless you absolutely have to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am still waiting for someone to get in contact with me regarding the issue stated above.

Benefits have been minimal as there are other companies I can go to who provide a similar, if not the same, service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It allows us to store all forwarded links in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The support was poor. There was a "forced" change of package that locked us from editing old links. Waiting for over a month for support to do something about it. No help was offered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Its simplicity, ease of use and chrome integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The price is the only real downside, but for what the product does (shortens urls with vanity links) the price was way too steep. They tried to sell us on their tracking capabilities but we found that sub-par and better done in other products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
