It combines a property management system (PMS), guest-facing website, direct booking engine, GST-compliant invoicing, Razorpay payments, housekeeping, and WhatsApp guest notifications in a single platform — so hotels do not need to stitch together separate tools for front desk, website, and billing. Teams use BitLegacy Hotels to manage live room inventory, daily and hourly bookings, walk-ins, guest profiles, stay history, night audit, and revenue reports from one dashboard. Guests can book direct through a branded hotel website with online payments (UPI and cards via Razorpay), while staff handle check-in, check-out, housekeeping tasks, and GST invoices without switching systems. Pricing is transparent and room-cap based, with no setup fee. Growth starts at ₹999/month for up to 10 rooms; Pro at ₹2,499/month for up to 20 rooms; Pro+ at ₹4,999/month for up to 50 rooms with multi-property support (up to 3 properties); and Business is custom for 50+ rooms and hotel groups. Homestay, farmhouse, and cottage operators can use a fixed plan at ₹1,000/month. Eligible plans include a free trial, and annual billing saves about two months versus monthly. Channel manager connectivity is available through the BitLegacy Marketplace (including AioSell) so properties can sync inventory across OTAs when they need distribution beyond direct bookings. Marketplace add-ons also extend the core stack for operators who want extras without forcing every hotel onto an enterprise package.
