The process of logging in to the account is riddled with cul-de-sacs and bugs and there are inexplicable instances of the product switching off with no warning at all. There's no view across accounts and terrible UIX when trying to complete tasks. It's almost impossible to get an actual human being to support on issues and the overall experience is incredibly frustrating. Don't use this product. Bitdefender Advanced Threat Intelligence have proved to be great protecting software for my business network. It provides me with great endpoint protection through over 30 prevention modules. To have unlimited VPN access I have to make separate subscription. it sometimes miss uncommon samples. Malware detection is often flawed in my network. We have managed to reduce the amount of spam and unsolicited email with the installation of this software. We received a lot of quantity before having it installed and in the end it was very annoying to have to check which emails are really important and which are simply spam without anything relevant.

It also has the facility to increase or reduce certain layers of security, since its levels of protection against malware or viruses are widely modifiable, which allows to be flexible and adapt security as you want. The initial configuration from my point of view is somewhat complicated for the administration of patches that involve the presence of certain certificates. This means that you have to spend time reviewing and adapting the configuration so that the operation is correct.

The automatic product updates always seem to have issues, at any one time over half of our endpoints will have errors with updates, despite being online.
