Options are easy to understand and informative. Also highly effective. We deployed to about 500 clients in under a week. We have noticed a 30% drop in active infections. Their support team is responsive to false positives which we do run into quite a bit with their web scanner. **What do you dislike about Bitdefender GravityZone XDR?** The relay function which was one of our primary reasons for selecting has several unintended features. Most of the issues are likely due to the unique structure of our network and highly mobile workforce. The relay just would not function effectively for us. It caused many duplicate systems to appear in varying states of install and reporting bot online and offline at the same time with as many as 5 different ip address's. While the promise of lowering bandwidth was very attractive the over all overhead in managing it just was not worth it. **Recommendations to others considering Bitdefender GravityZone XDR:** Really work out the trial before purchasing. We glossed over it and were surprised at how some things functioned **What problems is Bitdefender GravityZone XDR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Front line protection of laptops from malicious software. Software blacklisting. Centralized reporting of status. ### 2. Set up scan times during off hours and it is all done before start of business the next day. Alerts when something is wrong. Scans and works on products you may plug into your computer as well. Works well company wide **What do you dislike about Bitdefender GravityZone XDR?** Not a lot to dislike. Price is a bit high but other than that it is worth the money! **Recommendations to others considering Bitdefender GravityZone XDR:** Great defense tool for computers! Works seemlessly. **What problems is Bitdefender GravityZone XDR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving our malware and other virus protection needs. Works quietly in the background to keep everything safe. ### 3. Most everything is quickly accessible from the web console. It is generally intuitive to use with good access to relevant information. Deployment of clients was the easiest of the end point security products we have used. Chat based support has been excellent so far. **What do you dislike about Bitdefender GravityZone XDR?** Some items are not intuitive, at least when first learning the product. We had an instance where the firewall was blocking some traffic, but did not find any record in the client or server logs. I am also not finding the info about specific malware on their site to be easily accessible. **Recommendations to others considering Bitdefender GravityZone XDR:** This is a very good endpoint security option. We have found it to be very easy to use and deploy. **What problems is Bitdefender GravityZone XDR solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has stopped malware that other products have not in the past. This has saved the time and effort necessary to restore infected files and such. Deployment has taken the least effort of any end point solution we have used. ### 5.
