However, even though that aspect has evened out over time, I find myself appreciating the user interface of Bitbucket compared to the other commercial players. Also, not unique to Bitbucket but Atlassian's free SourceTree git GUI application for Windows and Mac is a major drawcard (with tighter integration with Bitbucket than other services). **What do you dislike about Bitbucket?** I struggled to find something that I actively don't like about Bitbucket - the only thing thta comes to mind is I find the integration with Atlassian's identity service to be unintuitive - locating where to go to update user-related settings always seems to take me a bit if guesswork. **What problems is Bitbucket solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have actively used Bitbucket to host my version control remotes (git) for the last 10 years and I have zero complaints. So, if I check in something to Bitbucket and mention a Jira ticket number in my commit description, Bitbucket will create a link in that Jira ticket automatically. It can be tedious searching for things because the search options aren't fully-featured, you have to search for repos and code in repos separately, when you search for code it gives only a small number of results per page, you can't save searches, etc. So, this bit is a let down. **What problems is Bitbucket solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Bitbucket to store all our company source code so we have version control, automated deployments, secure code hosting, commenting, reviews, and more. The first thing I like about bitbucket is its UI and ease of use. When I am new to the bitbucket, I went through the website and I became familiar in less time. The management of repositories is easy in the bitbucket. I like almost every feature present today in BitBucket. When I need to trigger execution, I will run through the pipelines with my suitable device, and the execution results and reports it generate is easily accessible and understandable. Bitbucket helps in team collaboration, When a teammate creates a PR and we can manage and discuss the PR among teammates. Starting from creating a branch, working on a branch, Executing and closing the branch is easy. As it is integrated with JIRA, it is very useful to check ticket IDs and we can see the JIRA issues on Bitbucket's dashboard. As BitBucket runs in the cloud, I didn't see the downtime of executions or failure in the pipelines.
