What do you like best about Bit.ai?

I like how the interface looks so clean and the tools are organized perfectly for a better use of them and boostig productivity. I also like how the customization of the workspaces is outstading and allows for them to be adjusted the way I prefer, and I can bookmark my most used and visited workspaces to help me prioritize them ad have quick access to them. What do you dislike about Bit.ai?

I feel like its pricing is very high compared to other competitors, but it's worth it because I am able to create the perfect environment for my team to work in. Recommendations to others considering Bit.ai:

I feel like with the progressive growth of technology, we are stepping into a new world where collaborating online is more necessary each day. With the arrival of the pandemic, we needed to work remotely more than ever and find a way to still collaborate in real-time without the hassle of using emails that often got lost in the way. What problems is Bit.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bit.ai is the perfect software for collaboration between team members and working on documents simultaneously. It organizes our workload perfectly and helps us keep focused during every project because we can quickly search any documents and start working right away. I find it to be quite simple and that's why I like it so much because I think a document collaboration program should have the necessary features to work remotely with team members in real-time. What do you like best about Bit.ai?

The best thing I like is how it gives you a subdomain for your company name, It has an innovative dashboard where we can manage workspaces for our team as well as our office. We can manage our documents separately for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI could be improved to make it user-friendly and easy to use. I wouldn't say I like the aesthetics part of Bit. Bit.ai is a practical next iteration of document collaboration, creation, and management software solution with AI technologies built right into it. It does help organise business by providing a platform to collborate with the team. It has a fairly easy UI with advance customization of teamwork space considering the work process.

The process of editing, uploading and sharing the pages is clutter free and the whole experience is bug-free and smooth.

Updates are regular and feature packed with provision of several Add-ons and tools to make the entire process a breeze.

It has various powerful features like, content management, document editor, end-to-end encrytption with excellent sharing and security management.

With customizable workspaces, one can easily create multiple workflows and add multiple folders and subfolders for ease in management.

Smart Document Bit Editor lets you edit, customize colour patterns and design the entire document to make your content more beautiful and lively.

Another feature worth mentioning is customizable branding which lets you create exciting brand designs and add certain highlighting elements to make your Brand stand out.

What do you dislike about Bit.ai?

For a digital entrepreneur who is handling loads of documentation each day, a document creation and colloboration solution has to have option of task automation and management which is still lacking and needs better activity monitoring tool.

The feature which is a biggest downside is the lack of an application interface or software platform. The whole support is Web-based and one has no option but to use Web-based service.

The pricing strategy is set at a high bar as compared to other popular alternatives like Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, etc. The Free plan will only have optio of 50 documents and 1 GB storage with a downside of 5 MB as the file limit. Real time tracking feature is a cherry on the cake and makes the whole exprience of tracking critical documents a breeze. It all starts with creating workspace and adding colloborators and thereby choosing customizable templates. Edit and Add features will help make subtle changes. - Ability to create separate workspaces within an organisation

- Easy to collaborate with multiple stakeholders within and outside the organisation

- Lack of desktop and mobile applications to access the service

- Tracking document events would be much easier with a mobile application rather than opening the web based service everytime

- Suitable for team size >= 20
