They are far superior to any of the other training I had used previously. The content is high quality, and the employees stay engaged when taking the courses. As a business owner, I find that the online support is exceptional! They are friendly and very helpful. They do an excellent job of explaining everything I need in a way that even I, as a non techie, can understand. There are a number of courses that employees require that we do not have the in-house expertise to deliver the training. BIStrainer has various applications that use the same data to extract useful information. The system is highly customizable for complex organizations, like ours. The customer service is fantastic - when an urgent need arises, they tackle it immediately. In the past, I have asked some challenging questions to find out if the system can meet our unique business needs and they always pull through with a solution. The team is creative and hard-working!
