It is very intuitive, and easy to pick up if you are new to any PMP software. I was a new user coming from more advanced PMP applications, and Easy Projects blew me away by how fast I was able to learn and customize it to my liking (managing large scale infrastructure projects). You will like how straightforward it is to manage. Also, they just introudced Spaces, a Teams like feature that helps you collaborate with different stakeholders. A+ software. The only downsides are small quirky things like how it automatically highlights a sub heading or tite, but you get used to it after a while. As I primarily use Birdview for project tracking and task management, it's been a steep learning curve to figure out how to add time in the right ways and how to find my notes after I've added them. My company also mass-tags folks in many tasks, which makes it hard for me to locate the specific tasks I'm assigned. It would be great if access and assignments were two separately defined workflows. Good features for the price. Nice interface if you're organized waterfall, good control of project status, with multipel options to characterize a projetc in terms of cost and resource allocation. Workload imput is painful - as tasks comes out inside a combo selector, making very hard to find the right one. The BOARD view at the activity center is not usable for Agile teams, as it stays connected to the original waterfall order of tasks, and when reassigning priorities at any column (ie, moving a task / card to the top of the column), it changes the order of tasks within the waterfall project! I really like that Birdview has many ways to view the tasks you need to accomplish. Rather than forcing you to use My Assignments or Resources or Dashboard, they give you plenty of options so you can view your workload the way it makes sense for you. They do updates pretty regularly and while it can be annoying to figure out where they've moved certain functions, once you locate what you need it's easy to adjust.
