"Valuable tool for daily business tasks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Birdeye?

It is very easy to understand and to navigate. We are able to communicate with our customers in a quick and professional manner. Adding a new feature is relatively easy to understand and to integrate in our plan. The assistance you receive from your account manager has also been very quick and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

I would have to say the availibity of assistance only until 5pm. Extended help desk hours would be great as well as weekends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful Tool for Managing Multiple Offices Efficiently"
5/5
What do you like best about Birdeye?

So many different features have saved me an enormous amount of time. The AI review response agent has been especially valuable — it analyzes sentiment, urgency, and even images to craft personalized, on‑brand replies. With seven dental offices, managing a high volume of reviews across multiple practices can become tedious, but this platform has genuinely freed up a significant portion of my day.

Birdeye’s interface is clean, intuitive, and clearly designed for efficiency. The dashboard brings reviews, messages, listings, and analytics into one simple, easy‑to‑navigate hub. For a multi‑location practice, the ability to toggle between offices or apply updates across all locations at once is a major advantage and eliminates so much repetitive work.

Integrations with multiple platforms are effortless. Whether it’s social media or online listings, the Birdeye platform syncs smoothly to ensure maximum reputation management with minimal manual effort.

Pricing feels fair and reasonable when you consider the number of hours saved by having so many daily tasks centralized in one place. The return on time alone makes it worthwhile.

Performance is solid, and customer support is top‑notch. Any questions or concerns are addressed quickly and thoroughly, which makes onboarding and ongoing use smooth and stress‑free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

I don’t have any suggestions for improvement based on the features I currently use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Our Review Management with Ease"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Birdeye?

I really find Birdeye easy to use and it provides helpful insights, which makes it simpler for me to monitor reviews across multiple locations. The platform has helped elevate how organized our firm is and aids in taking a proactive approach to managing our online reviews. It has streamlined our processes, automating service and support across 11 offices. The reporting and analytics features help measure trends over time and enable us to make more informed marketing decisions. Additionally, the Birdeye representative was helpful during the setup process, working with us hand in hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

Overall, everything's been great with Birdeye, but I think it could benefit from more robust reporting and the ability to customize dashboards. These enhancements would make it easier for our firm to compare performance across multiple locations in different time periods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unmatched Review Management with Great Customer Service"
5/5
What do you like best about Birdeye?

There really is no comparable product to this. Our company uses it for several clients to manage their reviews on Google and Facebook. We have become very accustomed to using it and appreciate their customer service. Our clients have been very happy with how many reviews they have gotten and especially the five star reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

Every once in a while the Google my business page will become unlinked and it does take a little bit of time to go back into the bird eye Console and reconnect. Sometimes we can do it ourselves and sometimes it requires some customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Birdeye Keeps All Our Reviews in One Place—Fast Filters, AI Summaries, and Responsive Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Birdeye?

To me, the most helpful functions are being able to filter and save reviews based on star rating, provider, or specific location. It saves lots of time when you have something specific to look for. Integrating APFM, Caring.com and other platforms in one spot is a must these days. My manager handles the cost aspect and working with higher ups to get approval for the package level we get access too, but I'd love to add Yelp to our package to really encase all the platforms we work with. I like having social and online reviews in one place. I enjoy having the link to the live review handy. That way I can see which ones are still up versus removed. My favorite is the "needs reply" filter so I can easily see which reviews need quick action. I regularly refer to this to make sure I didn't miss anything. The AI summary function is something I used this week to gather overall sentiments from the consumer about a particular location. Being able to quickly pull general feelings about a property is an awesome integration for sharing reviews. We can compare the summarized thoughts to individual reviews and use the feedback to target our pain points for improvement in the customer experience. If a colleague asks for positive feedback, I can easily apply search filters in Birdeye to grab specific examples on the fly. A big surprise I discovered is how daily processing of reviews is so efficient via Birdeye since it shows the old version of the updated reviews, as well as our previous response. Big time saver since we have all the context in one place and we can address our response accordingly without over-thinking it too much. When extra support is needed, the team at Birdeye is very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

I struggle with sometimes finding a duplicate review in the platform, sometimes back to back on top of each other which is confusing. Other times, I receive no email ping about a review, but come across it when I jump back into the platform. I wish there was better syncing. It's too time consuming to be in the platform all day so I rely heavily on email notifications. I've had the team adjust my settings twice already, and it's been suggested that I toggle them again. It's confusing to make sure my settings are correct so I don't miss anything. I don't like that Birdeye cannot help flag reviews that are a conflict of interest or spam. One day I received 12 or 13 of the exact same review from the exact same person at 13 of our buildings, which is clearly spam. It was time consuming for our team to report them one by one - plus track the customer service tickets for them each. The Social Engagement function is glitchy and I usually have to toggle the dropdown two or three times to get to My Assignments - it's like the screen jumps and refreshes before I can click in. A big pain point is when I get notification that a review has been updated, but there is nothing that I can see that has changed at all. I spend time reading over and over again looking for updates - could there be a highlight feature that calls out the update for us? I wish Yelp was bundled in with our package and pricing but I do not have authority about cost required to have this platform included. It seems it would be a worthwhile investment to integrate Yelp for time's sake and getting back to customers effortlessly, but I can't speak on the value for the product. I would think paying to upgrade would be the best use of Birdeye. Having color coded options for the Tags would be excellent for easily identifying certain classifications of reviews. "Powerful All-In-One Solution for Reputation Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Birdeye?

I use Birdeye for everything across our company, from getting reviews to connecting our social media accounts. It solves many of our problems, and the amount of Google reviews we've received has been amazing. I love the friendly user experience and the ease of finding anything we are searching for. They have incredible webinars, bringing in speakers from all over the globe and keeping us up to date on trends with socials and algorithms. It’s simply an amazing program, and I wish we would have switched sooner. The initial setup was amazing—they basically did everything, and we just needed to create logins and passwords. "Effortless Multi-Platform Management, Some Social Media Hiccups"
5/5
What do you like best about Birdeye?

I like that Birdeye is a one-stop shop that allows me to keep all the businesses I manage up to date from one location, saving hundreds of hours of manual input across different platforms and logins. I appreciate that I don't need to log into different places to respond to reviews, and I can use the integration from my current CRM to solicit reviews without mass downloading data. Most of my clients, who own portfolios of multifamily communities, benefit from having one platform to manage everything without chasing down additional logins. I use Birdeye for the social aspect, and I think the listings tool, along with integrations, is huge for keeping properties relevant and consistent on changing ORM structures for big players. I really like how AI is integrated into the platform, making it easier for day-to-day operators to respond to reviews, post on social media, and have recommendations for updating business listings. The listings tool is great for keeping over 75 different business listings updated. The initial setup of Birdeye was super easy and not a heavy lift at all, with the platform being very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

The biggest pushback that I get from clients is the social media aspect. It's great to be able to bulk post across the portfolio, but some of the features that you get in app haven't been translated well to the Birdeye platform. It would be great if Instagram stories can be posted more easily and also, it would be great if we could pin different posts on Instagram. For Facebook, it would be really nice if there was the ability to share posts into groups like you can on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Birdeye Simplifies Reputation Management and Builds Patient Trust"
5/5
What do you like best about Birdeye?

Birdeye has helped us build trust with new patients by consistently generating authentic Google reviews and making it easy to engage with patient feedback. The messaging and campaign tools have also improved communication, while the insights help us understand where we can continue improving. Overall, it's been an important part of growing our online presence and attracting new patients. Before Birdeye, managing reviews and patient communication across multiple platforms took a lot of time. Now everything is centralized in one dashboard. Automated review requests, AI-assisted responses, messaging, and reporting have streamlined our workflow and helped us maintain a strong online reputation with much less manual effort. I would highly recommend Birdeye to any healthcare practice looking to grow its online presence. It's easy to use, saves our team time, and has had a measurable impact on the number of reviews we receive and the trust we build with prospective patients. The platform continues to add useful AI features that make reputation management even more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

Overall, I've had a great experience with Birdeye. If I had one suggestion, it would be to make some of the reporting and campaign features a little more intuitive, as there can be a bit of a learning curve when exploring the more advanced tools. I'd also like to see even more customization options for automated campaigns and workflows. That said, the platform is constantly improving, and these are relatively minor compared to the value it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Birdeye Puts Reviews, Messages, and Insights in One Time-Saving Dashboard"
5/5
What do you like best about Birdeye?

I’ve been using Birdeye for about 2 years, and the biggest value is having reviews, customer messages, and location-level feedback all in one place. The dashboard is easy to check daily, and it saves a lot of time compared to jumping between different review sites. I also like the AI/review insights because it helps spot common customer issues faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

There are a lot of features, so the setup and learning curve can take some time at first. Some settings are not always obvious right away, but once you use it regularly, it becomes much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Consolidates Communication with Ease, Stellar Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Birdeye?

I really like how Birdeye consolidates multiple platforms into one, making it easier for me to see all customer communications whether it's on the website or social media in one platform. Additionally, all my reviews, whether they are on Google, Yelp, or Facebook, can also be viewed in one platform. The process of initial setup was super easy as they just asked for logins and access. I also appreciate the customer communication features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

Their AI chat box could be more efficient, but it could also be due to not knowing how to properly use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
