Birdeye is no longer just a review and communication platform. It now uses AI to automate patient engagement, reputation management, review responses, business listings, and customer experience insights Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Birdeye?

Birdeye is an excellent platform for patient communication, reputation management, review collection, and feedback analysis. Further enhancements in payment posting integration, customized reporting, and workflow automation could make it even more valuable for healthcare organizations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?

Capturing Demographics from Patient while scheduling the appointments, confirming patients via sms, getting a chat support and getting to interact with patients via sms reduces our call volume, Also we are able to receive the payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
