Reactornet EPRO has been a major upgrade over the previous procurement system we used for our hotel management company. There are many things we love about the product.

Firstly Reactornet is very flexible on the amount of 'punchout' vendors they allot to customers. Many of you that have used other procurement systems may have been limited by the number of punchout vendors you could use, or you may have experienced being charged an arm and leg to activate a new vendor (even though it would be a fairly simple vendor setup for the company). This is not so with Reactornet.

Reactornet as a company seems to be very flexible in tailoring its suite of products to the individual needs of its customers. We recently switched to a new enterprise level accounting system, and Reactornet was more than happy to work with us on our integration needs, and the integration cost was very reasonable.

Additionally, the monthly pricing is very reasonable. We didn't feel like we were being locked into a long-term contract with ridiculous extension clauses and upfront fees. Their overall flexibility in this regard shows that they have great confidence in their product.

As far as the UI goes it is very modern and easy to use. Both our corporate and hotel property level staff love it. Reactornet also just came out with a mobile app. Although I have yet to use it, I have great confidence that it, like the web-based application will be very smartly designed. There is a great deal of customization options available within the product. If you can't figure out how to make things work, they'll do it for you. Just give them a call and ask!

Overall what I like best about Reactornet EPRO is their fantastic customer service. Despite our small company size, they make us feel like we are one of their most important clients. It is a very user-friendly program and I like having easy access to information and invoices. It is a very simple process to review and transmit invoices from Epro into our accounting software. I do not like that invoices fail to transmit into our accounting software and that Epro reports the invoice as "passed" when it did not transmit. Also, I would like to see an option added for rejecting an invoice for multiple reasons, such as invoice number, invoice date and amount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For any enterprise biggest challenge is managing their resources,input stock, sales, spoilage etc and seller and vendor managment. But this whole problem is solved by one master tool "Birchstreet Systems".

I like this tool because of following reasons:
