It brings the whole operation into one place: a point of sale with automatic stock deduction and a quote mode, inventory control with expiry dates and purchase suggestions, grooming scheduling by staff member or by station, an online store with a cart and Pix payments linked to stock, and full financial management with payables, receivables, cash flow, income statements and bank reconciliation. Clinics and hospitals also get medical records, vaccination cards and hospitalization. The difference is what happens after the sale. Most systems record what was already sold. BioVinte2 reads each customer's purchase history and shows the shop who is due to buy again, who has stopped coming and what to offer them. A customer who buys the same pet food every 30 days and is now at 45 days appears as an opportunity to act on, not as a line in a report. Campaigns are tied to the orders they generate, so the owner can see which outreach actually produced revenue, and there is no per-message charge. The system issues Brazilian electronic invoices, both NFC-e at the counter and NFS-e when a grooming session or a consultation is completed. Invoicing is included in the Impulso plan; on the Essencial plan it is an optional add-on, as are advanced grooming scheduling, extra financial tools and the WhatsApp AI assistant. Add-on prices are published openly, including a one-time activation fee for the AI assistant. Getting started is deliberately short. Products and customers are migrated from the previous system by our team at no cost, onboarding training is a live video call with a real person, and there is an in-system guide for everyday questions. There is no setup fee, no long-term contract, and the 7-day trial does not ask for a credit card.
