biosuite is procurement and spend management software built for small and growing biotech companies. It connects contracts, purchase orders, approvals and invoices so R&D, finance, management and budget owners can see contract value, committed spend, invoiced spend and remaining value in one place. In biotech, significant external spend often begins with a CRO agreement, CDMO agreement, consulting SOW or lab-service contract. biosuite uses AI-assisted contract reading to extract relevant financial data, then connects contract value, payment schedules, amendments and change orders with the POs and invoices that follow. Standalone POs are also supported. Financial control comes through structured PO creation with automatic approval routing, suggested invoice-to-PO matching and receipt confirmation. The Advanced plan adds full 3-way PO, invoice and receipt matching along with ERP-mapped export of approved invoice data. Budget owners and operational teams get direct access to their relevant POs, invoices and financial information without going through finance or logging into an ERP. biosuite sits alongside existing accounting systems. Spend data exports to CSV or Excel for downstream reporting. Multi-currency support keeps POs and invoices in their original currency while converting for approval routing and roll-up reporting. Workspace data and documents are hosted in the EU with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls and external penetration testing by Aikido Security. A free Starter plan is available with no time limit.
