It helps us spend our client's money smarter and provides better tracking and reporting of activity than manual systems. I love the flowcharts in particular so many views and easy to customize to each cliennt. **What do you dislike about Bionic Advertising Systems?** Very few downsides, the tool is ever evolving with great enhancements based on users needs. The promise of a full rfp system is here (and solid within bionic), but the industry still has yet to embrace that part of the functionality. **Recommendations to others considering Bionic Advertising Systems:** They have a great support team and very flexible structure for implementation.
