We use the 3D feature since 2019. It is very easy to implement. This solution enables us to present the products interactively on our web shop. We are convinced that this feature adds additional weight in making a decision to purchase. The team behind the solution is very cooperative and easy to work with. They are constantly looking for new ways to improve the customer experience on our web shop and are always up to date with the latest products in telco business. We have been working with Binkies 3D for years already. The service provided is always top-quality both - technically and in cooperation between teams. The most appreciated is the speed of service when any new device is launched - already in first minutes our customers are provided by 3D images for band new device in market on our webshop. Instead of having multiple images for the customer to flick through they have full control of a 3D model to check out our devices from any angle, giving the customer a real-time view. Their 3D models work great, in 5 years of using their solution there was not a single case of technical problems. The team is very responsive and their support is always top of the game. No special downsides to mention. There was some minor effort needed from our side to successfully integrate 3D models but nothing that coul be marked as unexpected.
