"Very similar to Google Ads, but gets a lower return."

"One Of The Cheapest Native Advertising Tools"
4/5
What do you like best about Bing Ads?

The fact that you only pay when someone clicks on your ads. Also, there is no minimum starting fee and you can go with any budget. It is also quite cheaper than Google ads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bing Ads?

It does not have as many advertising target features as Google ads and reporting wise also it's a bit weak. Also, the support team is not very active and you may have to wait days to resolve your queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bing Ads?

The design is not aesthetically pleasing. The limit of ads per ad group is smaller than Google Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful, Not Quite As User Friendly"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bing Ads?

Bing Ads is a great way to catch overflow traffic that you're not able to catch on Google. The direct import feature from Google to Bing is incredibly helpful and I'm glad that they provide it despite it being essentially an admission of its secondary status. Overall setup can replicate Google pretty well. A few additional integrations with LinkedIn recently have actually proven to be pretty interesting testing features, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bing Ads?

Bing is definitely a much slower platform with a lot of non-user-friendly features. The navigation is a bit of a mess, the offline Bing Ads Editor is incredibly slow and clunky (wish they'd just copy Google's completely here), the indlexibility of downloading reports is a huge pain, and the lack of integration with Google Sheets/Data Studio is also a pain point as far as gathering data to share with clients. "Very good, and competitive with regards to Google ads."
5/5
What do you like best about Bing Ads?

Very good, and competitive with regards to Google ads. Quicker than google ads, and catching up with them when it comes to the technology they offer. Very good alternative for Bing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bing Ads?

It can sometimes be a pain to have to strategise differently as the functionalities to an extent are an older version of google with tweaks. This is clearly improving though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Like Google Ads, but slower"
3/5
What do you like best about Bing Ads?

Bing Ads does everything Google Ads does, only slower, and later than Google Ads does it. I do like that Bing unashamedly steals Google's best features so that we don't have to learn 2 entirely different programs! It functions the same as Google Ads at its heart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bing Ads?

Bing Ads is much, much slower to respond in its interface than Google Ads, its constant pop-up notifications are annoying (I shouldn't have to click out of a tile saying "you will not see this alert for 30 days" every single day), and support staff is just plain bad. "Don't recommend, they are thieves!"
0/5
What do you like best about Bing Ads?

It did bring me some business. Was easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bing Ads?

I will never use them again. Microsoft constantly changes your keywords and settings to make more money from your account. They kept changing things to make more money off of my campaign with words that were not relevant to my business. When you bring this to their attention, they only refund about 25% of your money. I had been advertising with them for three years, all of a sudden, they turned on their automatic recommendations setting on my account, which let them create a new campaign. I went from paying them around $1,000 to $1,200 a month for years to being chared over $3,200 in 3 weeks. When I told them someone had created a new unauthorized campaign, they said a setting allowed them to create a new campaign on my behalf. I never turned on this setting, and it hadn't been on in three years, so they had to turn it on. When I asked for a refund, they said they would only refund $700 of the $3,200 they charged. This company is a bunch of thieves praying on small companies. I do not recommend them! I have been using Google Adwords for the same amount of time and have never had the problems I have had with Microsoft/Bing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bing Ads is Fine, But Leaves Much to Be Desired"
3/5
What do you like best about Bing Ads?

The back end sync, for things like product catalogs, seems to be much quicker than Google Ads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bing Ads?

Functionality and reporting wise, not nearly as many features as Google Ads. Also, the targeting can be strange because people that will see a Bing Ad tend to be a very specific subset of customers, not nearly as broad as Google reaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent customer support and good quality traffic"
5/5
What do you like best about Bing Ads?

I have been using Microsoft (BingAds) for about five years. Their traffic is very solid, and their customer support is just excellent. All US-based personnel and you're not re-routed to somewhere overseas, where it makes it challenging to communicate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bing Ads?

Their marketing partner websites do not always bring the best quality traffic. So, in your portal, it's essential to let your campaigns run for 1-2 months and then do the tweaking. Most likely, you would realize that some of those partners' websites will bring poor traffic, so you will need to remove them manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
