**What do you like best about BindHQ?**

The modern look and ease of building program templates

**What do you dislike about BindHQ?**

The terminology used is inaccurate.  The flow of the GL and CP pages is average.  The lack of email out functions is an issue.  The Brokerage Manager is half-built.   The lack of an efficient Renewal Process is absurd.

**Recommendations to others considering BindHQ:**

Review it thoroughly to ensure it does what you need it to do.   I did not have an option as our prior AMS was no longer fully supported.

**What problems is BindHQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only one I can think of is the Palomar program.  Other than that, it is not doing anything special.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to learn and improve. As a startup, critical and honest feedback is essential for the improvement of our product. 

We are working on updating the terms and the flow of the pages used in our platform. The emailing functions are on our roadmap for next year, and our engineers are working on improving the Brokerage Manager. We understand the need for a better renewal process, and will be investing more time and resources to further optimize this process in 2022. 

We recognize that you did not have an option to use BindHQ since your previous company was acquired by one of our clients. In addition, we appreciate you taking the time to leave this review, and would love to meet with you to discuss. Please let us know if you can meet with us, and we’ll be happy to go through our upcoming features, many of which should address the concerns you discussed in your review.
