From a business perspective, the value has been substantial. At ThrivePass
, we support a growing number of HRIS integrations across benefits, eligibility, and enrollment-related workflows. Historically, many of these integrations required bespoke file management, manual transformation logic, or platform-specific handling. **What do you like best about Bindbee?**

Bindbee's HRIS connectors are exactly what we were looking for to get all the benefit data we need from many different benefit administrators. They are also very quick to help with any bugs or new integrations that we need

**What do you dislike about Bindbee?**

I think it could be helpful to have somewhere to keep track of all the pending requests that we send. It is sometimes hard to keep track of everything in slack and find all the threads, so some sort of ticketing system could be helpful

**What problems is Bindbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bindbee makes it super easy to get the employee, dependent and benefit data from many different benefit administrators. It would have taken weeks or months to get this kind of thing set up internally. And it would also potentially take weeks to set up any new integrations we would need. So this saved us tons of time and allowed us to focus on other projects.

**What do you like best about Bindbee?**

The Bindbee team and platform have been terrific.  The platform itself was easy to implement, their documentation is solid, it's been reliable and the support team has always been helpful. We were able to take their platform and customize it to fit our needs where it feels mostly seamless.

**What do you dislike about Bindbee?**

Just like with any other HRIS aggregator, the biggest challenge is always on what is available to connect with, what fields are available and what hurdles does it take to establish the connection.  While the Bindbee side makes the "handshake" extremely simple, there's been some bumps on availability and clarity on what the system can do without needing additional dev work from the Bindbee team.

**What problems is Bindbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our product, we need to connect with HRIS systems to primarily pull in employee records to invite them to our platform and assign them departments and roles automatically. We're also looking to extend that to querying time off balances with requests posting back to the core HRIS system as well as writing time and attendance data back for payroll purposes (when the HRIS system allows it).

**What do you like best about Bindbee?**

Bindbee is how it makes complex HRIS integrations incredibly simple. With the Unified API, I can integrate once and instantly support many platforms without dealing with each provider’s quirks. The setup is fast, the documentation is clear, and the dashboard is easy to navigate. On top of that, their customer support is outstanding — quick to respond, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us resolve any integration questions. Bindbee consistently saves us time and accelerates client implementations.

**What do you dislike about Bindbee?**

One thing I disliked was that a few of the HRIS platforms our clients used weren’t supported yet. This meant we still had to handle some integrations manually in the early stages. However, Bindbee has expanded their coverage quickly, and most of the previously missing platforms are now fully supported.

**What problems is Bindbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bindbee solves the biggest pain point in HRIS integrations — every provider has different APIs, data models, and authentication methods. Instead of building and maintaining dozens of custom integrations for clients, we can integrate once with Bindbee’s Unified API. This dramatically reduces engineering time, ongoing maintenance, and troubleshooting. It also speeds up onboarding for new clients because we can support their systems immediately. Overall, Bindbee helps us deliver integrations faster, reduce technical overhead, and focus our development resources on core product work instead of repetitive API tasks.

**What do you like best about Bindbee?**

We usually receive quick responses and helpful feedback whenever we have questions. Aside from the one instance where it took several weeks to refactor how the sync worked, the response times for other issues have generally been quite good.

**What do you dislike about Bindbee?**

We experienced delays with response times and found that syncing data from HRIS systems took longer than expected. As a result, we often had to bypass Bindbee and access the HRIS APIs directly to retrieve the necessary data. This situation also forced us to hire additional staff to manually handle some processes that we had previously automated through Bindbee.

Being able to get and push data to our customers systems without having to spend the time integrating with each individual API

The customer support is fast and solution-oriented. They were able to assist us on high-urgency items.

I don't like that sometimes we have incomplete data and we have to create a ticket to check with your team. I would prefer to get all the data or have a filter field that we can use to limit the number of instances coming from the API request.

Bindbee is solving manual census loads to our system. We get up-to-date client data imported everyday to our system which enables us to better serve our clients and perform data analysis as well.

I really like how hands-on they are with us. Many times we go with them with problem statements with our own clients and they help solution with us, even for custom work.

Syncing times could be a bit better, but a lot of that is out of their control due to client data size.

The whole team is extremely helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. They respond to my questions immediately and research the ones they don't know. They provide excellent documentation for both me and my clients, and simplify connecting to payroll APIs greatly.

**What do you dislike about Bindbee?**

Integrating with payroll systems is a complex task -- any complaints I have are related to that and not to any failures on Bindbee's part.

The Bindbee service  has been easy to implement and the Bindbee team has been very thoughtful in their approach to the relationship.  They readily added new connectors when needed, although they have a very comprehensive list already. The service has been very fast and stable.

We haven't experienced any issues at all with Bindbee.

The product is quite easy to setup, It offers a variety of HRIS and ATS for systems to integrate providing us a hassle free process to fullfill different requirements.
They have good features as well to support our needs and the documentation is on point to resolve your queries if any.
The support is also great if we require any clarification they do repond quickly and resolve our issues.

No as of now as whatever we have suggested they already have those things to develop in their roadmap.

To integrate with multiple platforms we do have to handle multiple scenarios n number of mappings , with bindbee we had a constant dataset we are working with that has helped us save alot of time and made the process a bit smooth.

Bindbee just works out of the box. We set it up in less than a day, and the interface was super intuitive — no long onboarding or steep learning curve.

More integrations required maybe since what we use isn't on there currently

We use Bindbee to clean and sync lead data across tools, automate campaign triggers, and route tasks to the right team members. It’s helped us cut down manual hand-offs and saved our team several hours each week. Our campaigns go out faster and with fewer errors.

**What do you like best about Bindbee?**

Bindbee does exactly what we hoped it would for us in connecting easily with a number of HR and Payroll systems. The API is easy to consume and took us very little time to setup. The best though is how easy it is for clients to setup their HR or Payroll connection to Bindbee - minutes! The customer support and product development teams have also been phenominal.

**What do you dislike about Bindbee?**

Bindbee is younger than some of its competitors like Merge and Finch which means it doesn't have quite the breadth of integrations or features - although they are catching up quickly.

**What problems is Bindbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients are medium to large businesses and to perform our service we need access to employee demographics and benefits data. Employers use dozens if not hundreds of different HR and Payroll management systems that serve as their source of truth for these data sources. It can be a cumbersome manual and sometimes expensive effort to provide reports from these systems which is why many have developed APIs for easier access. However given the number of different systems it would take us a substantial team to setup and maintain so many different endpoints. This is where Bindbee comes in - they connect with each of these systems and flatten the data to unified set available through a single API endpoint. They maintain the connections and provide a tremendous amount of context on the data as well. This saves us hundreds of hours of engineering that can be better spent towards product focused enhancements rather than hidden integration work.

**What do you like best about Bindbee?**

Attentive support from a company that is eolving at a fast pace. Functionality lets us add support for new systems (and a few we had a process for before but this is much easier so we're ditching them for this) without any code change. Very receptive to feedback. Very transparent company with where they are on things and overall I can't recommend highly enough.

**What do you dislike about Bindbee?**

If I had to say something, I wish that some of their roadmap items (which they shared with me) were already completed. I even agreed with the priority of things for them, just wished a few more features were out. If I was writing this a few months from now I don't know what else I could put here.

**What problems is Bindbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to pull a list of all active employees for a given organization from various HR systems. In the past we had worked with various organizations for an SFTP solution where we would need to work with these organizations to manage credentials, let through firewalls, store data,etc. Bindbee provides a unified API that we can call and get the same data back for everyone. This means no back and forth for setup, managing additional services. It's also something our direct customer can work with as they are just approving access, rather than that customer needing to work as a middle man with the other HR system. This also let us add new support for new HR systems without needing to do any custom integrations.

Not really a limiter to doing business with Bindbee but perhaps the options that are available out of the box. The team are quick to build anything that you need anyway.

**What do you like best about Bindbee?**

We use Bindbee every day for nightly roster loads for our enterprise SaaS customers. Bindbee's team is absolutely dedicated to the success of their customers. Whenever we have requests, issues, or technical questions, they have been tremendously and instantly helpful. The API is straightforward and easy to implement on our existing server backend.

**What do you dislike about Bindbee?**

It almost isn't worth mentioning, but they are a relatively new team with relatively fewer HRIS integrations than the existing competition. The reason why it's irrelevant is because Bindbee's engineers will almost instantly create a new integration as soon as it is requested.

**What problems is Bindbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, my engineering team was manually creating HRIS hookups for each of our enterprise customers. Now, we simply have to interface with Bindbee's unified API--this represents a tremendous savings for us in terms of engineering time and resources.

**What do you like best about Bindbee?**

The data models are really deep, which solved almost all our integration use cases. Bindbee also covers a wide range of employment data systems. The team helped us all the way, giving us a very good initial implementation and extended support.

**What do you dislike about Bindbee?**

We haven't faced any issues as of now. The team resolved any technical issues on Slack.

**What problems is Bindbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Bindbee to build customer-facing integrations. This has reduced our development time from 2 months to a few hours for any integration.
