Response times to our emails are prompt and we have regular Teams meetings so that being in different countries isn't an issue or impacting on communication. **What problems is BindTuning solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bind Tuning are providing the tools and expertise for us to create a dynamic and effective Sharepoint environment. Our current staff and learner intranets are out of date, and regular communication within the service has become ineffective. Staff are drowning with the volume of emails so that it has become an ineffective method to communicate. We wanted to build a connected messaging system that was tailored to meet the individual's needs and be relevant. We wanted to look at finding new, better ways to talk to our internal stakeholders - students and staffs. We also did not feel we were making the most of our Microsoft Applications. ### 2. We tend to think outside the box and go against the grain with our ideas and they seem to always be able to help us implement them. They have great customer service and they keep all their customers informed about the direction their company is going through monthly calls, which they open up for Q&A and opportunity to potentially brainstorm. Been working with them since 2019 and no complaints! **What do you dislike about BindTuning?** Nothing. This is not a dislike, but more of an inconvenience though, it's our time difference. We're based in the US and they are in Europe. So having meetings/calls can be a bit constrained, but they always accommodate anyway and go overtime if/when required. I have been working in the Microsoft ecosystem for over 25 years, and I am now responsible for the operations of a mid-size IT/Consulting organization. Even though we are a tech firm, many of our internal processes still require several manual steps and manual effort, specially when it comes to controlling how processes work on M365. Last year we adopted Automate365 from BindTuning, and started with one critical process: expediting Project Management. Previously, whenever a new project started, each PM had to submit a request to our administrative staff, who would spend days preparing project documentation, requesting operations to create a new channel in the right Teams team, populating it with the base structure and documentation, and inviting the right people. The process involved too many people and took way too long, being also prone to mistakes. By adopting BindTuning's Automate365 we were able to easily setup a template that reflects the structure we want, define the policies, membership, and rules to apply to each team/channel, and create an automation that triggers when a PM adds new project information to a SharePoint list. It's that simple! Everything was smoothly integrated to our current structure and process. With dozens to hundreds of projects running every year, we now use the tool on a continuos basis, and saved hundreds of hours monthly from our administrative and operations teams. We use them regularly in our intranet, especially the accordian webpart. We have also worked with Bindtuning on Automate 365 and custom design themes. I loved how hands on and cooperative the company was. The worked tirelessly with us to do everything possible to make SharePoint match our corporate theme and automate our processes. **What do you dislike about BindTuning?** Their product support is excellent, but the interface to product support is a bit antiquated. I would love to see a support portal and have support be able to use Microsoft Teams to interact vs email and phone calls. **What problems is BindTuning solving and how is that benefiting you?** The marketing team has designed a specific brand for our company. Making the intranet match that brand helps to re-inforce the brand to internal employees. That would not have been possible for us without bindtuning. We also use their Accordian webpart extensively. BT allows for a custmozied look and a variety of features which are an excellent add on to the native web parts. The support team is quick to respond and keep a good track of the cases they have open. **What do you dislike about BindTuning?** the support or features are limited to other versions of SharePoint like 2019 as compared to SP Online. The biggest issue was when we migrated from SP 2019 to SP Online, we had to change a couple of things in the theme / webparts since both those are not exactly the same in the way the webpart functions. **What problems is BindTuning solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a unqiue corportate branding that we wanted to folow and BT allows for customization and themes in a way the native web parts could not. Other products limit the users making more work for admins. Webparts and theme are easy to use and can easily train end users on how to use them as well. Customer service is great. I can always get resolutions and assistance in a resaonable amount of time. **What do you dislike about BindTuning?** There probably is some room for growth in some of the QA space. But are very easy and flexible to resolve any issues quickly. I wish custom themes would be auto updated without having to put a ticket in. Also would be nice to be able to deploy a specific version of the webparts if needed. For example if you have a version with a bug in it you cannot use the deployment tool to deploy a previous version. Essentually, they make sharepoint web pages more responsive so that if you are viewing a site on your mobile device or adjust the size of the browser, you can still navigate and view the page with ease. Additionally the themes are all highly customizable. Here you can adjust the coloring/branding of the theme, as well as font and spacing. This is all done via their easy to use developer tool. **What do you dislike about BindTuning?** Support and Price. The price of a theme when we purchased it last year was $1,000. For that price we got a very slick and responsive theme package. The draw back was with the theme package, adjusting it outside of their developer tool was a pain and their support was very limited. **Recommendations to others considering BindTuning:** Great for on Prem environments.
