The AI filtering saves us a ton of manual screening time, and the scheduling flow means we're not bouncing between tools to coordinate interview slots. On top of that, it's genuinely easy to use - the UX is clean and simple, so onboarding new team members takes almost no time. **What do you dislike about Binary?** Nothing as of now! Everything works for us. **What problems is Binary solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Binary, our hiring process was scattered across spreadsheets and email threads - collecting application profiles, manually screening each candidate, and coordinating interview times was eating up hours every week.
