Binance is not only an excellent crypto exchange with low fees, a wide range of token options, and a simple interface, but they also offer a wide array of additional services like a wallet and native token. Being able to pay fees with Binance's native token is a great feature and investment. I also really like Binance's crypto wallet. I use the Web wallet and it is great when you need to move tokens from your exchange account to be used with some of the best dapps like Pancake Swap. Binance's knowledge base is another asset I have taken advantage of and is much better than their competitors. **What do you dislike about Binance?** Restrictions like the alternative versions for US customers such as the Binance.us can be confusing for those new to the crypto space but this is probably more of a regulatory issue. I also am not a fan of the different rates and fees when buying/selling using the crypto pairs and just initiating buys or sells from your holdings. If this sounds confusing, it is. There really shouldn't be a difference but when compared to other platforms like Coinbase, which has two different apps (Coinbase and Coinbase Pro) for these two different types of purchases, Binance at least bundles everything together for you. You just have to be aware of the differences when making transactions on the platform. Binance also lacks a learning component which I think is very crucial when interacting with such a budding space like crypto and blockchain. **Recommendations to others considering Binance:** If you could only choose one crypto platform you should choose Binance. Binance far exceeds its competitors (Coinbase and Crypto.com). **What problems is Binance solving and how is that benefiting you?** Binance has created a simple platform that allows you to easily sign up and hold crypto assets. Other platforms can be more costly and have a terrible user interface. Binance has successfully given access to many people in a secure manner. I have never had any security scares with Binance and they have a great reputation for protecting the assets of their users. Very easy to understand what it is that your are trying to do. If you can manage to get past the sign up process. **What do you dislike about Binance?** It took me several tries. to get the sign in process to work. I first used my passport which is noted to be an acceptable for of verification. only to get an email saying that they do not accept a US passport. (??) took me 2 months to finally get my account accepted. now I have to reset my banking information every couple of months. really annoying. My wife is currently trying to get an account. it took literally 3 months for binance support to tell her that her verification process failed because her photo of her id was not clear enough for them. Now using the verification process to take a photo Via the cell photo, the app they use doesn't allow for your phone to focus to take a clear image. We tried three seperate phone. all had the same problem. (it doesn't focus to take a clear photo) Binance your verification process sucks! Other services that require the same verification process have systems that work much better during the process. ALSO, I don't have to verify my attached bank account every month. it seems more like Binance is doing everything they can to discourage the use of their system. Get rid of Jumio.io and find something better. **Recommendations to others considering Binance:** You need to improve your sign-up process. Have a clearer communication of the sign up process. Don't take months to specify a reason for someone being denied an account due to unable to CYA. Seriously man 3 months!?
