Very easy to use and my favorite part is that I love how I can pull multiple invoices from different accounts all at the same time. It is quite the time saver. And as someone who pulls 100's of invoices each day, this really has been quite the time saver. Plus the Smartrak makes it easy to seen when invoices were sent and if by email, then it shows when email was open for when customers tell me they did not receive it. I like how Billtrust helps businesses to easily complete and contract payments, kind of like an AI for business sector organizations. The validation and match assist features are really valuable because if we make any error while doing the Cash App Connect, we can easily rectify the issue and adjust the payment with the help of validation. It's also useful for automation as it involves getting scanned images from the bank that are uploaded into Billtrust, allowing us to do validation if the automatch is wrong. Billtrust is a platform that can improve efficiency of an accounts receivable process. Its Automated capabilities can and will free up any team to be able to focus on the numerous tasks they have. I like how simple the whole process of approving payments and validating is with Billtrust. Without Billtrust, it would have to be done manually, making my role more efficient when using Billtrust. I don't like that I can't export an Excel spreadsheet from 'search receivables' under the 'cash app' tab. Also, the page will randomly time out on me while in the middle of work, causing me to do double work. Update the AI to support more technical issues and help with understanding things like what each queue is for, and how long it can take for the envelopes to process through. The automatic transmission of invoices and statements makes my AR work much less complicated.
