Payments are received sooner, and that works better than snail mail. I do love the option of going to the Academy to be able to collect information I may not already know. **What do you dislike about Billtrust?** I have no dislikes at this time and have been with Billtrust for over 10 years. I would love to see the platform that Billtrust has everything available on one landing page for Customer Connect, Backstage, Academy, Gateways...etc. **Recommendations to others considering Billtrust:** Once customers get on board, it is exciting to see the number of transactions each day increase. I would highly recommend using this portal rather than waiting on the united states postal service to receive payments by snail mail. **What problems is Billtrust solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cash Flow is much faster now. Once a customer goes on to the portal we receive that file the next day to post. Customers can obtain Invoices and statements at their own convenience 24/7. ### 46.
