The platform consolidates orders from Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Shopware, Etsy, Kaufland, and OTTO into one interface, displaying real-time status updates, customer details, and transaction information. It automatically generates legally compliant invoices with sequential numbering during order import, supporting ZUGFeRD format for electronic invoicing. Inventory synchronization prevents overselling by updating stock levels across channels when items sell. Reservation tools further protect against inventory conflicts. Billstack offers DATEV export for accounting integration, calculates sales tax per order, and provides OSS exports for EU reporting. Payments are reconciled automatically by matching imported transactions. Invoices are archived per legal retention requirements. Operating entirely in the cloud, the software requires no installation. Custom automation workflows and a REST API enable integration with existing systems and processes.
