BillSensor is a Chrome extension that monitors SaaS subscriptions and alerts you before renewal charges. It detects billing emails passively as you browse Gmail — no Google account connection, no OAuth permission, and no setup required. For Outlook and Microsoft 365 users, a one-time connected scan via the extension popup pulls 12 months of billing history instantly. BillSensor tracks subscriptions from 62 SaaS tools and scores each one on dark billing patterns — how hard the tool makes it to cancel, whether it charges after cancellation, and whether it uses silent plan upgrades or seat additions without consent. Every detected subscription displays its dark pattern score alongside a direct cancel link, so users can act before a charge hits rather than after. Renewal alerts fire 7 days before each charge via Chrome notification on the free plan, and via email on Pro. No bank account or credit card connection is ever required. Email content never leaves the user's browser.
