Online billing requires a lot of information - like linking a payment gateway, setting up payment plans and configuration of branding and other settings. To be able to complete all of this in just a couple of hours is actually pretty good going! That said, we do have a wide range of support resources available to assist customers - including free on-boarding calls, hundreds of pages of documentation and our support team - who are available from 2am to 9pm EST, Monday to Sunday. As you continue your Billsby journey, I'd encourage you to use these resources to get the most out of our product.
