BillGrid is online invoicing software for freelancers, consultants and small businesses who want to bill clients and get paid without running full accounting software. Create estimates your clients approve from a link, then turn them into invoices in one click. Clients pay by card through Stripe, using your own Stripe account, in USD, CAD, EUR, GBP or AUD, and the invoice is marked paid for you. BillGrid adds no fee on top of Stripe's. Recurring invoices go out weekly to yearly, automatically or as drafts to check first. Automatic reminders go out before and after the due date, to your client, to you, or both. A timer and daily or weekly timesheets track billable hours, and expenses (including CSV import) can be pulled onto the next invoice. Retainers, partial payments, projects, several business profiles, Google Calendar sync and reports exportable to CSV or Excel are all included. Every plan has unlimited invoices, estimates and clients. Professional is $8 a month. Company is $20 a month, plus $5 a month for each extra staff login. Both are free for 30 days with no card needed.
