What do you dislike about Billdesk? High failure rate and it might take 2-4 business days to resolve issues which is too long. Poor customer support, no ticketing system or helpline number. Billdesk provides a secure and reliable payment gateway - especially for Government and other financial institutions. It is a good payment option which is at par with a Credit card/Debit card mode of payment. Billdesk solves the issue of transaction limit that UPI mode of payment has. What do you dislike about Billdesk? After multiple emails, I am not getting the update. I had done one transaction of Rs. 92656 on March 12th 2023. till today, I haven't received the payment transaction details from the bill desk. Money is debited from my bank. Billdesk allow you to pay through credit or debit card, net banking, UPI so once can have multiple options of payments. Customer service response is good, especially for merchant transactions. Charges are there even for low amount payments .. in case, a transaction fails, it'll bestow penalty which is very inconvenient and kind of charges with tax are too odd. Previously, it has solved many problems like initiating a large transaction using debit/credit card online. Paying fees of educational institutions from the comfort of your home.
