Among the top most popular payment gateway solutions, Quick and easy-to-use software, multiple integrations are possible and easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about Billdesk?**

High failure rate and it might take 2-4 business days to resolve issues which is too long. Poor customer support, no ticketing system or helpline number.

**What problems is Billdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Billdesk provides a secure and reliable payment gateway - especially for Government and other financial institutions. It is a good payment option which is at par with a Credit card/Debit card mode of payment. Billdesk solves the issue of transaction limit that UPI mode of payment has.
