What do you like best about Bill360?

What I like best about Bill360 is its excellent customer service, the intuitive and easy-to-use user interface, and the seamless synchronization with our accounting software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bill360?

Although advance notifications are provided, there are occasional delays in payment processing, which can be inconvenient at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bill360?

integrates with quickbooks, easy to add customer payment info, we like that customers can view their past invoices, payments and current account status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bill360?

Some of the payments do not automatically sync into quickbooks (we still have to manually do these deposits which is frustrating but still less time consuming than quickbooks). Also, in QB you can enter credit cards without the CVC compared to bill 360 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Capturing the CVC on card-not-present (CNP) transactions is best practice to mitigate the risk of credit card fraud. While it may be quicker to enter a credit card without the CVC, it is a valuable security measure Bill360 uses to help our clients and their customers avoid fraudulent charges.
