It's a win-win. I appreciate how it keeps people current with their submissions because if they don't submit their expenses timely for approval, it freezes their card. This has helped us a lot since we've always struggled with keeping people caught up with their expense reports, which used to be submitted once a month. Now, people are submitting their transactions throughout the month, allowing us to stay much more current with expense recognition. The platform is also very user-friendly, and I've received a lot of positive feedback from users. It's easy for people to quickly submit their expenses, as they can email receipts to automatically attach them. We can set default GL codes and sites, and easily monitor spend by person or vendor. I also wish we could give our staff accountant the ability to view the rebates without needing full admin rights.
