What do you dislike about BILL AP/AR?

This service collected a $50 fee instant payment fee without authorization. Moreover, they are charging for expedited service, but can't guarantee delivery time. This is absurd. I've spent 37 minutes on a support call where 2 representatives were incapable of resolving the issue, and could only place me on long holds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
