I like how BILL AP/AR captures all vendor invoices and credit card charges to route for approval, enter into our ERP, and process payments electronically. I would love it if you could sync multiple bank accounts and multiple QuickBooks for parent and child organizations. I like that it's easy to coordinate approved issues and see everything that's happening with the finances, like money going out of the company. It really saves a lot of time compared to logging into vendor portals individually or doing manual payments, even if those payments are through a credit card. I'd love to see more options for payment timing, including higher limits on the amount of same day payments that can be made. Right now, it seems like there's a cutoff at around $50,000 of payments that can be made within one or two days, and beyond that, the payments can take a week or more. Sometimes the AI doesn't get the invoice dates correct and/or the system defaults to earlier payment dates than necessary, which causes some manual adjustments.
