Notes & Notifications: Expand the notes section and improve notifications for better visibility and usability.

Error Handling: Provide more detailed explanations for sync errors beyond the current generic messages.

Invoice Controls: Enable the ability to set period restrictions for invoice entry to prevent posting in closed periods or payment dates errors.

GL Coding: Allow use of keyboard shortcuts or quick keys for GL account selection instead of manual dropdown navigation.

Inbox Processing: When forwarding an email with multiple invoices, the email currently becomes the backup, creating extra manual work. Suggest enabling the option to copy the email backup directly in the inbox rather than uploading it each time.

I find BILL AP/AR very easy to use and intuitive. It works well with item-level expenses, which is important for us since we split most of our expenses. The program is great for managing payments, and it seems easy for subcontractors to handle their e-payments. It's a huge timesaver for processing invoices and payments; I used to spend a long time printing checks, but now I can handle a batch of payments in less than a minute, which is incredibly efficient. Additionally, e-payments allow my subcontractors to get paid within two or three days, and they really appreciate the quick payments. The initial setup was very easy and fast, needing little effort on our side. The routing of invoicing to the appropriate approvers and the ability to recode things to different cost codes within construction projects are features we find really nice and helpful. It's very unfortunate that the images and PDF files of the invoices don't automatically sync to QuickBooks. That is frustrating. I really wish that it was capable of sending the image files directly into the bills that BILL AP/AR creates in QuickBooks so that I could have access to my invoicing both in QuickBooks and in BILL AP/AR. I like using BILL AP/AR for paying supplier bills. It's a quick way to handle US and international payments to vendors without the hassle of repeatedly entering their details. I find it easy to set up vendor bank details, either by adding them myself or allowing the vendor to do it, which helps avoid errors in setting up incorrect details on our end. I don't think the vendors get full details of payments notified to them. For example, when a payment is scheduled they are notified but I don't think they get the details on arrival date, etc. So they email us about it, and I have to give them the details. I find the NetSuite integration with BILL AP/AR to be key for our operations as it allows us an easy, user-friendly interface to enter and pay bills, syncing all of that information to our GL in real time. I also appreciate how the software makes AP data entry much faster and paying bills easier, and that it integrates with NetSuite nearly seamlessly. I like how easy it is to post invoices in different manners. It integrates smoothly with Sage Intacct, making my accounting job easier since everything posts automatically into Sage Intacct and the general ledger always ties to what it should. It's also easy to void payments. I really appreciate the super easy setup, especially with implementation support. Overall, I find processing vendor invoices much easier with BILL AP/AR.
